| Uncontrolled search path element in some Intel(R) PROSet/Wireless WiFi software for Windows before version 23.60 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| Uncontrolled search path in some Intel(R) Rendering Toolkit software before version 2024.1.0 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| A DLL hijack vulnerability was reported in Lenovo Service Framework that could allow a local attacker to execute code with elevated privileges. |
| A DLL hijack vulnerability was reported in Lenovo PC Manager AI intelligent scenario that could allow a local attacker to execute code with elevated privileges. |
| A DLL hijack vulnerability was reported in Lenovo Personal Cloud that could allow a local attacker to execute code with elevated privileges. |
| Mautic uses predictable page indices for unpublished landing pages, their content can be accessed by unauthenticated users under public preview URLs which could expose sensitive data. At the time of publication of the CVE no patch is available
|
| A DLL hijack vulnerability was reported in Lenovo Leyun that could allow a local attacker to execute code with elevated privileges. |
| Uncontrolled search path for some Intel(R) Fortran Compiler Classic software before version 2021.13 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| DLL's are not digitally signed when loaded in ASPECT's configuration toolset exposing the application to binary planting during device commissioning. This issue affects ASPECT-Enterprise: through 3.*; NEXUS Series: through 3.*; MATRIX Series: through 3.*. |
| Uncontrolled search path for some Intel(R) oneAPI Math Kernel Library software for Windows before version 2024.2 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| Local privilege escalation in Checkmk 2.2.0 (EOL), Checkmk 2.3.0 before 2.3.0p46, Checkmk 2.4.0 before 2.4.0p25, and Checkmk 2.5.0 (beta) before 2.5.0b3 allows a site user to escalate their privileges to root, by manipulating files in the site context that are processed when the `omd` administrative command is run by root. |
| Untrusted search path in Windows GDI allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code locally. |
| KeePassXC OpenSSL Configuration Uncontrolled Search Path Element Local Privilege Escalation Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows local attackers to escalate privileges on affected installations of KeePassXC. An attacker must first obtain the ability to execute low-privileged code on the target system in order to exploit this vulnerability.
The specific flaw exists within the configuration of OpenSSL. The product loads configuration from an unsecured location. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to escalate privileges and execute arbitrary code in the context of KeePassXC when run by a target user on the system. Was ZDI-CAN-29156. |
| A Dynamic-link Library Injection vulnerability in GatewayGeo MapServer for Windows version 5 allows attackers to escalate privileges via a crafted executable. |
| Local privilege escalation due to DLL hijacking vulnerability. The following products are affected: Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office (Windows) before build 40901, Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud Agent (Windows) before build 39378, Acronis Cyber Protect 16 (Windows) before build 39938, Acronis True Image OEM (Windows) before build 42575. |
| A security vulnerability has been detected in code-projects Simple Food Ordering System up to 1.0. Affected by this vulnerability is an unknown functionality of the file /food/sql/food.sql of the component Database Backup Handler. The manipulation leads to files or directories accessible. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. It is recommended to change the configuration settings. |
| Electron is a framework for writing cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Prior to versions 38.8.6, 39.8.1, 40.8.0, and 41.0.0-beta.8, on Windows, app.setLoginItemSettings({openAtLogin: true}) wrote the executable path to the Run registry key without quoting. If the app is installed to a path containing spaces, an attacker with write access to an ancestor directory may be able to cause a different executable to run at login instead of the intended app. On a default Windows install, standard system directories are protected against writes by standard users, so exploitation typically requires a non-standard install location. This issue has been patched in versions 38.8.6, 39.8.1, 40.8.0, and 41.0.0-beta.8. |
| FileZilla Client 3.63.1 contains a DLL hijacking vulnerability that allows attackers to execute malicious code by placing a crafted TextShaping.dll in the application directory. Attackers can generate a reverse shell payload using msfvenom and replace the missing DLL to achieve remote code execution when the application launches. |
| Uncontrolled search path elements in Anthropic Claude for Windows installer (Claude Setup.exe) versions prior to 1.1.3363 allow local privilege escalation via DLL search-order hijacking. The installer loads DLLs (e.g., profapi.dll) from its own directory after UAC elevation, enabling arbitrary code execution if a malicious DLL is planted alongside the installer. |
| pymanager included the current working directory in sys.path meaning modules could be shadowed by modules in the current working directory. As a result, if a user executes a pymanager-generated command (e.g., pip, pytest)
from an attacker-controlled directory, a malicious module in that
directory can be imported and executed instead of the intended package. |
