| CVE-2026-90118 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-19 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ntfs: fix off-by-one page overflow in ntfs_decompress() The per-token range check in ntfs_decompress() uses if (cb >= cb_sb_end || dp_addr > dp_sb_end) break; so dp_addr == dp_sb_end falls through to the symbol copy `*dp_addr++ = *cb++`, writing one byte past the destination page. Since NTFS_SB_SIZE == PAGE_SIZE the destination is a single page, so the byte lands in the adjacent page, and *dest_ofs is left one past the sub-block end (the later `*dest_ofs &= ~PAGE_MASK` then yields 1, not 0, so the page is never finalized and later sub-blocks keep writing further past it). A corrupted compressed $DATA attribute thus produces a bounded run of out-of-bounds writes when the file is read. Break as soon as dp_addr reaches dp_sb_end; a full sub-block still completes, as its final copy advances dp_addr to exactly dp_sb_end. | ||||
| CVE-2026-90123 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-19 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: irqchip/ast2700-intc: Avoid allocating in the irq_domain activate() callback The interrupt core calls the irq_domain_activate() callback from __setup_irq() with desc->lock held and interrupts disabled. Both aspeed_intc1_irq_domain_activate() and aspeed_intc0_resolve_route() test a compatible string with fwnode_device_is_compatible(). fwnode_device_is_compatible() invokes fwnode_property_match_string(), which allocates with GFP_KERNEL. That's obviously not possible with interrupts disabled and a raw spinlock held. Both call sites are only ever handed OF nodes, so use of_device_is_compatible() instead: it walks the property in place and does not allocate. | ||||
| CVE-2026-90125 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-19 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: smb: client: fix request buffer leak in smb2_new_read_req() smb2_new_read_req() allocates the request buffer with smb2_plain_req_init() but only publishes it to the caller with *buf = req at the very end of the function. Two error returns sit in between: rc = smb2_plain_req_init(SMB2_READ, io_parms->tcon, server, (void **) &req, total_len); if (rc) return rc; if (server == NULL) return -ECONNABORTED; [...] rdata->mr = smbd_register_mr(server->smbd_conn, &rdata->subreq.io_iter, true, need_invalidate); if (!rdata->mr) return -EAGAIN; On either of them the buffer is neither released nor handed back, so it is leaked. The caller cannot clean up after it: smb2_async_readv() does 'goto out' on a non-zero return, which skips the cifs_small_buf_release(buf) at async_readv_out, and buf has not been assigned at that point in any case. The write path has never had this problem. smb2_async_writev() registers the memory region inline and jumps to its release label instead of returning: wdata->mr = smbd_register_mr(...); if (!wdata->mr) { rc = -EAGAIN; goto async_writev_out; } Commit b7972092199f ("cifs: smbd: Retry on memory registration failure") changed both sides from -ENOBUFS to -EAGAIN in a single patch, which puts the two shapes next to each other. Only the -EAGAIN return is reachable in practice, because smb2_plain_req_init() calls smb2_reconnect() first and that already fails with -EIO when server is NULL, before anything is allocated. Both returns are given the same treatment here rather than leaving one of them correct only by accident. Because -EAGAIN is a replayable error, the failure also reaches the retry block at the end of smb2_async_readv(), which marks the subrequest NETFS_SREQ_NEED_RETRY, so a failing registration can be retried rather than ending the I/O, and every attempt that reaches it leaks another buffer. smb2_should_replay() short-circuits on tcon->retry, so on a hard mount the attempt count is not bounded by the retrans setting. Only the asynchronous read path is affected. The synchronous SMB2_read() caller passes rdata == NULL and the memory registration block is guarded on rdata. The memory registration failure path was pointed out by the Sashiko AI reviewer while it was reviewing an unrelated patch to smb2_async_readv(). | ||||
| CVE-2026-90134 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-19 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ntfs: fix kmap_local_page() usage in compress Several compressed I/O paths discard the address returned by kmap_local_page() and later access or unmap the page using page_address(). This is invalid for highmem pages, and local mappings must also be unmapped using the address returned by kmap_local_page(). Map each destination page in ntfs_decompress() only while producing the current sub-block. Use memcpy_from_page(), memcpy_to_page(), and memzero_page() for the other page accesses. Remove unnecessary local mappings from ntfs_write_cb(), where pages are accessed through the vmap() mapping. | ||||
| CVE-2026-90142 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-19 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: virtio_net: Fix resize of the RX ring When a AF_XDP socket is attached, the virtnet_rx_resize should resize the rq->xsk_buffs XSK buffer array. Otherwise, when the size grows, the virtnet_rx_resume() causes a write past the end of the array. This is easily reproducable with ethtool -G ens3 rx 32 ./xdpsock -i eth0 -q 0 -r -z & ethtool -G eth0 rx 256 | ||||
| CVE-2026-85716 | 1 Asynchttpclient Project | 1 Async-http-client | 2026-09-19 | 3.7 Low |
| The AsyncHttpClient (AHC) library allows Java applications to easily execute HTTP requests and asynchronously process HTTP responses. From 3.0.8 until 3.0.12, processScramAuthenticationInfo and processAuthenticationInfo compute the SCRAM ServerSignature or Digest rspauth verification result but log a mismatch and still deliver the response as authenticated. On a non-TLS or compromised transport, a peer that has not proved knowledge of the shared secret can therefore be accepted as the server. The fix rejects a present invalid value and computes Digest rspauth from the Authorization parameters actually sent, but verification remains unenforced when the value is absent, the sent parameters cannot be recovered, or Digest uses qop=auth-int. This issue is fixed in version 3.0.12. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54578 | 1 Midnightbsd | 1 Mport | 2026-09-19 | N/A |
| mport is the MidnightBSD Package Manager. Prior to 2.7.8, mport_verify_package() in libmport/verify.c could continue after MD5File() or SHA256_File() failed and compare an expected checksum with stale data in the hash buffer rather than a newly computed digest. An attacker able to influence an installed file or the conditions that make hashing fail could receive a misleading integrity result or hide a checksum failure. This issue is fixed in version 2.7.8. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54716 | 1 Valhalla | 1 Valhalla | 2026-09-19 | 7.5 High |
| Valhalla is an open source routing engine and accompanying libraries for use with OpenStreetMap data. In 3.7.0 and earlier, a POST request to /sources_to_targets containing an exclude_polygons ring formed by three collinear points can cause unbounded memory growth in the worker. The zero-area geometry, rather than the other request options, triggers processing in src/loki/polygon_search.cc until the process is terminated by the out-of-memory killer. A single unauthenticated request can therefore stop a public-facing worker. Other endpoints that accept exclude_polygons, including /route, were not verified as affected. No fixed version is available as of this review. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54495 | 1 Open-feature | 1 Open-feature-operator | 2026-09-18 | 4.3 Medium |
| The OpenFeature Operator allows users to expose feature flags to applications. In version 0.9.2 and earlier, a tenant who can create a controller-owned workload can use the openfeature.dev/featureflagsource annotation with NAMESPACE/NAME syntax to reference a FeatureFlagSource or InProcessConfiguration in another namespace. On multi-tenant clusters that use namespaces as trust boundaries, the cluster-scoped operator reads that resource and materializes spec.envVars literal values, spec.httpSyncBearerToken, sync URIs, and supporting ConfigMaps into the tenant's workload. Single-tenant clusters are not impacted, secretKeyRef and configMapKeyRef values remain namespace-local, and creating a FeatureFlagSource is not required. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54354 | 1 Mapserver | 1 Mapserver | 2026-09-18 | 8.2 High |
| MapServer is a system for developing web-based GIS applications. Prior to 8.6.4, MapServer's PostGIS runtime filter translation in src/mappostgis.cpp and msPostGISLayerTranslateFilter() treats a filteritem as numeric when CONNECTIONTYPE POSTGIS and metadata such as gml_<item>_type=Integer are configured, but it does not verify that attacker-controlled CGI qstring or OGC API Features featureId input is a numeric literal. The unquoted input is concatenated into the generated PostgreSQL/PostGIS predicate, allowing an unauthenticated remote attacker with access to an affected query endpoint to bypass predicates, enumerate unintended records, perform boolean-based or time-based SQL injection, and increase database load. The issue does not by itself establish database modification capabilities. This issue is fixed in version 8.6.4. | ||||
| CVE-2026-93394 | 1 Mongodb | 1 C Driver | 2026-09-18 | 3.7 Low |
| A flaw in libmongoc's SCRAM authentication implementation caused the client to continue the authentication handshake and transmit the client proof even when a nonce mismatch was detected in the server's first message. An unauthorized party with a man-in-the-middle position could exploit this by injecting a crafted server-first-message containing a controlled salt and low iteration count, then capturing the resulting client proof to perform offline password cracking. This vulnerability is mitigated by TLS, which is standard in production deployments. | ||||
| CVE-2026-77281 | 1 Caddyserver | 1 Caddy | 2026-09-18 | 6.5 Medium |
| Caddy is an extensible server platform that uses TLS by default. In version 2.11.3 and earlier, three configuration-dependent weaknesses affect the handler and placeholder layer. In modules/caddyhttp/rewrite/rewrite.go, Rewrite.Rewrite() can pass attacker-controlled replacement bytes through buildQueryString for a second placeholder expansion when a rewrite URI ends with a literal question mark, allowing injected environment or request-variable placeholders to disclose data and, when the file provider is registered, allowing injected file placeholders to disclose readable files. The issue is fixed in version 2.11.4. | ||||
| CVE-2026-76949 | 1 Team-alembic | 1 Ash Authentication | 2026-09-18 | N/A |
| Authentication Bypass by Spoofing vulnerability in team-alembic ash_authentication allows an attacker who can plant a remember-me cookie in a victim's browser to replace that victim's authenticated session with one for the attacker's own account. AshAuthentication.Plug.Helpers.sign_in_using_remember_me/3 skips re-authenticating an already-signed-in visitor by checking the session for "<subject_name>_token", but store_in_session/2 writes that key only when require_token_presence_for_authentication? is enabled and otherwise writes the bare subject name. At the default setting the guard therefore reads a key that is never written, its already-signed-in branch is unreachable, and the remember-me sign-in runs on every request through the per-request browser pipeline plug. A planted remember-me cookie is consequently honoured even for a visitor holding a live authenticated session, so whatever the victim enters afterwards lands in data the attacker controls. The read path in authenticate_resource_from_session/4 selects the key correctly, so the guard and the reader disagree about which key holds the session. This issue affects ash_authentication: from 4.10.0 before 4.15.0 and from 5.0.0-rc.0 before 5.0.0-rc.14. | ||||
| CVE-2026-86688 | 1 Team-alembic | 1 Ash Authentication | 2026-09-18 | N/A |
| Session Fixation vulnerability in team-alembic ash_authentication allows an attacker who can plant a session identifier in a victim's browser to hold an authenticated session once that victim signs in. AshAuthentication.Plug.Helpers.store_in_session/2 writes the authenticated subject into the existing session with Plug.Conn.put_session/3 and never calls Plug.Conn.configure_session(renew: true), so the identifier the visitor arrived with carries into their authenticated session. Every authentication event reaches this one function: the default success/4 injected by AshAuthentication.Phoenix.Controller.__using__/1, the AuthController emitted by mix ash_authentication_phoenix.install, and remember-me auto-login. AshAuthentication.Phoenix.Plug.store_in_session/2 is a defdelegate to it. Logout does not close the window either, because clear_session/2 ends with Plug.Conn.clear_session/1, which clears session contents but leaves the identifier intact, so a planted identifier survives a logout-then-login cycle. This issue affects ash_authentication: from 0.2.0 before 4.15.0 and from 5.0.0-rc.0 before 5.0.0-rc.14. | ||||
| CVE-2026-69399 | 1 Microsoft | 1 Azure Arc | 2026-09-18 | 10 Critical |
| Azure Arc Elevation of Privilege Vulnerability | ||||
| CVE-2026-93578 | 1 Redhat | 1 Camel Spring Boot | 2026-09-18 | 5.9 Medium |
| A flaw was found in Netty's Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP) Client. The client fails to verify the 'id-kp-OCSPSigning' Extended Key Usage (EKU) in OCSP responder certificates. A remote attacker, holding any valid certificate issued by the same Certificate Authority (CA), can exploit this by forging 'GOOD' OCSP responses for revoked certificates. This bypasses certificate revocation checks, allowing applications using Netty's OCSP Client to accept certificates that should have been revoked, leading to an authorization bypass. | ||||
| CVE-2026-93566 | 1 Redhat | 12 Amq Broker, Amq Clients, Apicurio Registry and 9 more | 2026-09-18 | 6.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in Netty. A remote attacker could exploit this by sending a specially crafted HTTP request that includes control characters within the chunk-size line. This bypasses the intended strict validation, allowing the attacker to inject arbitrary HTTP requests. This vulnerability can lead to HTTP request smuggling, potentially resulting in information disclosure or other unauthorized actions. | ||||
| CVE-2026-91707 | 2 Elegant Themes, Wordpress | 2 Divi, Wordpress | 2026-09-18 | 5.3 Medium |
| The The Divi theme for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary shortcode execution in all versions up to, and including, 5.11.1. This is due to the software allowing users to execute an action that does not properly validate a value before running do_shortcode. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary shortcodes. When the 'Force Enable D4 Shortcode Framework' option is enabled, this includes invoking the et_pb_contact_form shortcode to send email to an attacker-selected recipient with attacker-controlled content. | ||||
| CVE-2026-85885 | 1 Microsoft | 1 365 Copilot | 2026-09-18 | 9.9 Critical |
| Improper neutralization of special elements used in a command ('command injection') in M365 Copilot allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges over a network. | ||||
| CVE-2026-85917 | 1 Microsoft | 1 Azure Ai Foundry | 2026-09-18 | 7.5 High |
| Server-side request forgery (ssrf) in Azure AI Foundry allows an unauthorized attacker to elevate privileges over a network. | ||||
