CVE-2026-53137 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-25 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amd/display: Clamp HDMI HDCP2 rx_id_list read to buffer size [Why & How] During HDCP 2.x repeater authentication over HDMI, the driver reads the sink's RxStatus register and extracts a 10-bit message size field (max value 1023). This value is used as the read length for the ReceiverID list without being clamped to the size of the destination buffer rx_id_list[177]. A malicious HDMI repeater could advertise a message size larger than the buffer, causing an out-of-bounds write during the I2C read. Clamp the read length in mod_hdcp_read_rx_id_list() to the size of the rx_id_list buffer, matching the approach already used in the DP branch. CVE-2026-53159 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-25 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: misc: fastrpc: fix DMA address corruption due to find_vma misuse fastrpc_get_args() uses find_vma() to look up the VMA for a user-provided pointer and compute a DMA address offset. When the address falls in a gap before the returned VMA, (ptr & PAGE_MASK) - vma->vm_start underflows, corrupting the DMA address sent to the DSP. Replace find_vma() with vma_lookup(), which returns NULL when the address is not contained within any VMA.
CVE-2026-2050 1 Gimp 1 Gimp 2026-06-25 7.8 High
GIMP HDR File Parsing Heap-based Buffer Overflow Remote Code Execution Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of GIMP. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file. The specific flaw exists within the parsing of HDR files. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of the length of user-supplied data prior to copying it to a heap-based buffer. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the current process. Was ZDI-CAN-28266.
CVE-2026-53143 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-25 7.0 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amdkfd: Fix buffer overflow in SDMA queue checkpoint/restore on GFX11 The v11 MQD manager incorrectly assigned the CP-compute variants of checkpoint_mqd/restore_mqd for KFD_MQD_TYPE_SDMA queues. These functions use sizeof(struct v11_compute_mqd) (2048 bytes) instead of sizeof(struct v11_sdma_mqd) (512 bytes), causing a 1536-byte overflow. During CRIU checkpoint of an SDMA queue on Navi3x: - checkpoint_mqd() reads 2048 bytes from a 512-byte SDMA MQD buffer, leaking 1536 bytes of adjacent GTT memory to userspace During CRIU restore: - restore_mqd() writes 2048 bytes into a 512-byte SDMA MQD buffer, corrupting 1536 bytes of adjacent GTT memory (often the ring buffer or neighboring MQDs) This is a copy-paste regression unique to v11. All other ASIC backends (cik, vi, v9, v10, v12) correctly use the SDMA-specific variants. Add checkpoint_mqd_sdma() and restore_mqd_sdma() functions that properly handle the smaller v11_sdma_mqd structure, matching the pattern used in other MQD managers. CVE-2026-56370 1 Imagemagick 1 Imagemagick 2026-06-25 3.3 Low
ImageMagick before 7.1.2-19 contains an out-of-bounds access vulnerability in ConnectedComponentsImage() when processing connected-components artifacts with invalid indices. Attackers can trigger access violations by specifying malformed connected-components definitions via CLI, causing denial of service or potential code execution.
CVE-2026-50262 2 Redhat, X.org 4 Enterprise Linux, X Server, Xorg-server and 1 more 2026-06-25 5.5 Medium
An out-of-bounds read flaw was found in the X.Org X server and Xwayland in __glXDisp_ChangeDrawableAttributes(). A wrong size validation check can read a client-controlled number of bytes, exceeding the request buffer, leading to information disclosure. A write path also exists but requires byte-swapped clients which is disabled by default.
CVE-2026-50259 3 Redhat, X.org, Xorg 5 Enterprise Linux, X Server, Xorg-server and 2 more 2026-06-25 7.8 High
A stack-based buffer overflow flaw was found in the X.Org X server and Xwayland. _XkbSetMapChecks() declares a fixed-size stack buffer mapWidths[256] indexed by key type index. The helper function CheckKeyTypes() writes to this buffer at a client-controlled offset, allowing a stack buffer overflow. This may be used to crash the server, or for privilege escalation if the X server runs as root.
CVE-2026-50258 2 Redhat, X.org 3 Enterprise Linux, X Server, Xwayland 2026-06-25 7.8 High
A stack-based buffer overflow flaw was found in the X.Org X server and Xwayland. The X server has multiple stack buffers sized XkbMaxShiftLevel * XkbNumKbdGroups but CheckKeyTypes() does not verify or clamp non-canonical key types to XkbMaxShiftLevel. A client can change key types to excessive shift levels and trigger stack overflows. This is caused by an incomplete fix of CVE-2025-26597. This may be used to crash the server, or for privilege escalation if the X server runs as root.
CVE-2026-50256 2 Redhat, X.org 4 Enterprise Linux, X Server, Xorg-server and 1 more 2026-06-25 7.8 High
A stack-based buffer overflow flaw was found in the X.Org X server and Xwayland. A mismatch between the X server and the libXfont2 library's maximum font name length can cause a stack buffer overflow during font alias resolution. The server allocates a 256 byte stack buffer but libXfont2's alias target name length is 1024 bytes. A font alias name between 257 and 1023 bytes causes the X server to copy that name into the undersized stack buffer without further checks. This may be used to crash the server, or for privilege escalation if the X server runs as root.
CVE-2026-12244 1 Nlnetlabs 1 Nsd 2026-06-25 8.0 High
If NSD is configured as secondary for a zone, the primary of that zone can crash NSD with an AXFR containing a DNS message with a special crafted SVCB RR with an rdata size of 65512, that let's an (uint16_t) variable that is used to allocate space needed for the RR wrap (because total size > 65535), causing a heap overflow. The attacker can perform a controlled (RCE class) head write of up to 65509 bytes
CVE-2026-12246 1 Nlnetlabs 1 Nsd 2026-06-25 8.0 High
NSD version 4.14.0 introduced a bug where a specially crafted APL RR, with an adflength larger than permitted for the address family will overwrite the stack when the zone is written to disk, with a maximum of 111 attacker controlled bytes.
CVE-2026-13033 1 Google 1 Chrome 2026-06-25 8.8 High
Out of bounds read and write in Blink>InterestGroups in Google Chrome prior to 149.0.7827.197 allowed a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Critical)
CVE-2026-13024 1 Google 1 Chrome 2026-06-25 4.2 Medium
Insufficient validation of untrusted input in Navigation in Google Chrome prior to 149.0.7827.197 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to bypass site isolation via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High)
CVE-2026-52928 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-25 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: af_unix: Reject SIOCATMARK on non-stream sockets SIOCATMARK reports whether the receive queue is at the urgent mark for MSG_OOB. In AF_UNIX, MSG_OOB is supported only for SOCK_STREAM sockets. SOCK_DGRAM and SOCK_SEQPACKET reject MSG_OOB in sendmsg() and recvmsg(), so they should not support SIOCATMARK either. Return -EOPNOTSUPP for non-stream sockets before checking the receive queue.
CVE-2026-52968 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-25 6.4 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: s390: pci: fix GAIT table indexing due to double-scaling pointer arithmetic kvm_s390_pci_aif_enable(), kvm_s390_pci_aif_disable(), and aen_host_forward() index the GAIT by manually multiplying the index with sizeof(struct zpci_gaite). Since aift->gait is already a struct zpci_gaite pointer, this double-scales the offset, accessing element aisb*16 instead of aisb. This causes out-of-bounds accesses when aisb >= 32 (with ZPCI_NR_DEVICES=512) Fix by removing the erroneous sizeof multiplication.

CVE-2026-52963 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-24 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ALSA: usb-audio: Bound MIDI endpoint descriptor scans snd_usbmidi_get_ms_info() validates the internal MIDIStreaming endpoint descriptor size before using baAssocJackID[], but the descriptor walker can still return a class-specific endpoint descriptor whose bLength exceeds the remaining bytes in the endpoint-extra scan. That leaves later flexible-array reads bounded by bLength, but not by the remaining bytes in the endpoint-extra scan. Stop walking when bLength is zero or extends past the remaining endpoint-extra scan.
CVE-2026-38718 1 Inhand 2 Ir912, Ir915 2026-06-24 7.5 High
InHand Networks IR912 V1.0.0.r20042 and IR915 V1.0.0.r20042 (including earlier versions) were discovered to contain a buffer overflow vulnerability in the device registration function. This vulnerability could allow an attacker to cause a denial of service attack on the remote target device.
CVE-2026-51844 1 Tenda 1 Ac7 2026-06-24 9.8 Critical
Tenda AC7 v15.03.06.44 contains a stack buffer overflow vulnerability in the /goform/AdvSetMacMtuWan interface via the cloneType parameter.
CVE-2026-12725 2 Dnsmasq, Redhat 4 Dnsmasq, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 1 more 2026-06-24 5.9 Medium
A heap-based buffer overflow was found in dnsmasq. When DNSSEC validation and query logging are both enabled, logging of DS or DNSKEY replies containing unsupported algorithm or digest types can cause dnsmasq to write past the end of an internal logging buffer. A remote attacker able to supply such a DNS response may crash the dnsmasq process, resulting in denial of service.
