CVSS v3.1 |
| A flaw was found in rsyslog. An unauthenticated remote attacker can trigger a heap buffer overflow in the RainerScript `replace()` function by sending specially crafted syslog messages. This vulnerability arises from an incorrect buffer size calculation during string replacement, causing memory corruption. Successful exploitation can lead to a denial of service (DoS) for the affected system. |
| Algorithm::UrataniTakeda versions from 0.1.5 before 0.1.7 for Perl allow memory exhaustion via a never-cleared failure shift cache in search.
The failure shift is cached for each pair of trie state and text character in a field of the matcher object, and nothing clears it. A character not seen before at a given state adds an entry that lasts for the life of the matcher.
An attacker who can submit text with many distinct characters to a long-lived matcher can grow its memory with each search. |
| A unauthenticated remote peer may lead rsyslogd to crash due to a flaw in the optional imptcp module. A crafted input sequence during oversize-frame recovery can cause an invalid internal message length and terminate rsyslogd. No confidentiality or integrity impact, privilege escalation, or code execution has been identified. imtcp and the default imptcp framing modes are not affected. |
| The system certificate authority (CA) store in Red Hat products, distributed via ca-certificates RPM packages, included multiple root CA certificates of authorities, which signed intermediate CA certificates with weak private keys issued by the eMudhra certificate authority. A man-in-the-middle attacker could use this flaw to issue certificates for arbitrary host names signed by the weak intermediate CA certificates, which would be considered trusted by a TLS/SSL client using system CA store and cause such clients to connect to malicious sites.
Due to inability to only distrust specific intermediate certificates in all clients using the system CA store, root CA certificates of authorities that signed weak intermediate CA certificates are being removed. |
| Incorrect authorization in Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Service allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges over a network. |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Microsoft Office Excel allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code locally. |
| Deserialization of untrusted data in Microsoft Office SharePoint allows an authorized attacker to execute code over a network. |
| Incorrect authorization in Microsoft Entra Connect Sync allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges over a network. |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Microsoft Office Excel allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code locally. |
| There exists a screen capture endpoint in vCast media streaming service in ViewSonic ViewBoard unknown allows a remote, unauthenticated attacker to capture and exfiltrate the current screen content via GET requests to an unauthenticated /snapshot or /screen endpoint returning JPEGs |
| A flaw has been found in EKKOLearnAI ekko-studio up to 1.0.6. This vulnerability affects the function saveGeneratedImages of the file packages/server/src/modules/studio/controllers/media.ts of the component Media Generation API. This manipulation of the argument output_path causes file inclusion. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. Patch name: 1d42459c292f89e412f7f6243829e7fed2e85bf5. It is recommended to apply a patch to fix this issue. |
| Trigger.dev before 4.6.2 contains an authorization vulnerability that allows public-token holders with session write access to obtain environment-wide S2 stream credentials via session input initialization. Attackers can use the credential directly against the storage API to append, create, or trim other session and run streams, forging output or permanently deleting records. |
| Trigger.dev before 4.5.0-rc.3 contains a path traversal vulnerability in the api/v1/packets and api/v2/packets endpoints that allows authenticated tenants to escape their object key prefix through an unsanitized filename splat segment. Attackers holding one valid API key can supply ../ sequences to obtain presigned GET or PUT URLs and read or overwrite other tenants' run payloads and outputs. |
| Trigger.dev before 4.5.6 contains an SQL injection vulnerability in the /realtime/v1/runs endpoint, which concatenates the unescaped tags query parameter into the ElectricSQL shape where clause and defeats the runtimeEnvironmentId tenant guard. Authenticated attackers holding any project API key with read:runs scope can append boolean conditions to stream TaskRun records, including payloads and metadata, from every organization on the same self-hosted instance. |
| Trigger.dev through 4.7.6 contains a missing authentication vulnerability in the supervisor workload server that allows workloads to manipulate runs belonging to other deployments without ownership verification. Attackers with network access and a valid run/snapshot pair can call the attempts/start endpoint to obtain resolved environment variables and run JWTs, or start, complete, and suspend other tenants' runs. |
| Trigger.dev before 4.5.6 self-hosted Docker Compose deployments using the default secrets from hosting/docker/.env.example allow authentication bypass because the hardcoded MAGIC_LINK_SECRET lets anyone forge valid magic link tokens. Unauthenticated attackers can log in as any email address, then reach Postgres, Redis, and ClickHouse with default credentials from runner containers on infrastructure networks, compromising all tenant data. |
| Trigger.dev before 4.5.2 contains a cross-site request forgery vulnerability in the CLI authorization-code flow because loading /account/authorization-code/<code> mints a Personal Access Token without any consent step. Attackers mint an unauthenticated code, lure a logged-in user to that URL, then retrieve the victim's PAT from the unauthenticated /api/v1/token endpoint to take over the account. |
| Trigger.dev before 4.5.0 performs no authentication or organization check in the action handler of the dashboard run replay route (resources.taskruns.$runParam.replay) and looks up the run by friendlyId alone. A remote attacker who knows a victim's run friendlyId can replay it into an environment of their choosing, exposing the victim's task payload or running the task again with the victim's secrets. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
bpf: Fix percpu map update indexing with sparse CPU IDs
Per-CPU array, hash, and cgroup storage map updates without BPF_F_CPU
or BPF_F_ALL_CPUS use a value buffer whose per-CPU slots are packed in
possible-CPU order. The buffer is sized as:
round_up(value_size, 8) * num_possible_cpus()
The update paths iterate over possible CPUs, but use the logical CPU ID
to calculate the source offset:
value + size * cpu
This only works when possible CPU IDs are contiguous starting at zero.
For example, with a possible CPU mask of 0,2-3, the buffer contains
three slots corresponding to CPUs 0, 2, and 3. CPU2 is therefore
expected to use slot 1 and CPU3 slot 2. Instead, the current code uses
slots 2 and 3 respectively, causing incorrect per-CPU values and an
out-of-bounds read from the update buffer for CPU3.
The corresponding lookup paths already use a dense offset while
iterating over possible CPUs. Do the same for the array, hash, and
cgroup storage update paths, advancing the source offset once for each
possible CPU. BPF_F_ALL_CPUS continues to use the same value for every
CPU. |
| GitPython is a python library used to interact with Git repositories. Prior to 3.2.1, create_submodule() in git/objects/submodule/base.py accepts an attacker-influenced submodule path such as .git/hooks and invokes _clone_repo() before safely rejecting the destination. In 3.1.x, _validate_repo_path() does not exist and the call succeeds silently, while in 3.2.0 and later affected revisions the check in git/index/base.py raises ValueError only after the clone has written to disk and does not remove the planted file. An attacker-controlled submodule can therefore place an executable post-checkout hook that a later Git operation executes. Exploitation requires an application to accept an untrusted submodule path and a clone destination such as .git/hooks that is empty enough for Git to clone into it, which commonly means that default sample hooks are absent. This issue is fixed in version 3.2.1. |
