CVSS v3.1 |
| A flaw was found in Vim's netrw plugin. A crafted filename containing quote characters and expression fragments can break out of the quoted context during mark/unmark operations, allowing arbitrary Vimscript execution. This can be leveraged to run shell commands with the privileges of the user running Vim. |
| The The Welcomizer plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Remote Code Execution in all versions up to and including 2.8.1. This is due to missing authorization checks on the twiz_ajax_callback AJAX action's 'savesection' handler combined with the use of eval() to execute user-supplied 'custom logic' code on the frontend. The AJAX handler at twiz-ajax.php verifies a nonce but performs no current_user_can() capability check for the ACTION_SAVE_SECTION case. Furthermore, the nonce is exposed to any authenticated user through the directly-accessible twiz-ajax.js.php file which loads WordPress and outputs the nonce. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary PHP code via the twiz_custom_logic POST parameter when saving a section with output choice 'twiz_logic_output'. |

| An issue in GPAC c2dee3aff638cd96f9617ac5b17dc2868cd90ef3 allows an attacker to execute arbitrary code via the src/media_tools/dvb_mpe.c, descriptorTime_slice_fec_identifier() and gf_m2ts_ipdatagram_reader() components. Fixed in 0e4093392e1f847c90d20e031e893cd942fef938. |
| In Halo <= 2.25.4, the plugin management feature allows users to install/update malicious plugins, which could let attackers execute any command with Halo process permissions. |
| The The Forminator Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form & Custom Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary shortcode execution in all versions up to, and including, 1.57.2. This is due to the software allowing users to execute an action that does not properly validate a value before running do_shortcode. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary shortcodes. |
| The WP Recipe Maker plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary Shortcode Execution in all versions up to, and including, 10.8.1. The vulnerability exists because `WPRM_Metadata::sanitize_metadata()` recursively calls `do_shortcode()` on every scalar field of the recipe's structured metadata array — including the `reviewBody` field, which is populated verbatim from the `comment_content` of approved `wprm-comment-rating` comments — without sanitizing or stripping shortcode tokens before execution; the subsequent `wp_strip_all_tags()` and `strip_shortcodes()` calls operate only on the output string after execution has already fully occurred, providing no protection against server-side shortcode invocation. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary registered WordPress shortcodes server-side on every recipe page render, causing shortcode output — such as attachment captions, private post fields, or other data exposed by installed shortcodes — to be embedded in the page's JSON-LD `reviewBody` metadata and disclosed to all visitors who load the recipe page. Successful exploitation requires the attacker's rated comment to pass the site's comment approval threshold, either via auto-approval or moderator action, before the injected shortcode begins executing on page loads. |
| The Paid Membership Plugin, Ecommerce, User Registration Form, Login Form, User Profile & Restrict Content – ProfilePress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary shortcode execution in all versions up to, and including, 4.17.2 This is due to the software allowing users to execute an action that does not properly validate a value before running do_shortcode. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to execute arbitrary shortcodes. |
| A vulnerability in the SXP REST API of Cisco ISE could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to conduct SQL injection attacks.
This vulnerability is due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input in REST API calls. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted input to an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to view or modify data on the underlying database for the affected device. In single-node deployments, successful exploitation of this vulnerability could cause the affected ISE node to become unavailable, resulting in a DoS condition. In that condition, endpoints that have not already authenticated would be unable to access the network until the node is restored.
To exploit this vulnerability, the attacker must have valid administrative credentials, have the SXP service enabled, and have at least one SXP connection configured. |
| In the interchange/interchange project, a critical remote code execution (RCE) vulnerability was found in the
“quick question” admin feature. In default installations arbitrary Perl
code can be injected and executed server-side by unauthenticated users.
The Perl code normally runs within a Safe container which limits the
scope of what it can do, unless the non-default AllowGlobal directive is
configured for the catalog being accessed.CTOR] |
| HCL BigFix Service Management is affected by a CORS Misconfiguration vulnerability due to improperly validated origin headers, which could allow an attacker to craft a malicious web page that interacts with the vulnerable application, enabling unauthorized access to protected resources and restricted APIs on behalf of a victim. |
| IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.2 is vulnerable to unauthenticated insecure deserialization and attacker-controlled reflective method dispatch in the Change Audit System (CAS) listener. A network attacker able to reach TCP port 16017 may submit crafted serialized messages and potentially cause unintended code execution in the Guardium appliance. |
| Grafana OSS and Grafana Enterprise did not safely resolve symbolic links when
extracting plugin archives. A crafted plugin archive can chain relative symbolic link
entries to escape the plugin installation directory, writing arbitrary files and an
executable backend binary outside that directory. The dropped executable runs with the
privileges of the Grafana server process, resulting in remote code execution.
Plugin archives are extracted before their signature is verified, so a valid plugin
signature does not prevent the write. An operator can therefore be affected by
installing a plugin that appears legitimate, as well as by installing a plugin from an
arbitrary archive using grafana-cli, the GF_INSTALL_PLUGINS environment variable, or
preinstall configuration.
Grafana Enterprise is affected because it includes the same plugin extraction code as
Grafana OSS. |
| Unauthenticated Remote Code Execution (RCE) in Migratico Lite <= 2.6.8 versions. |
| Caddy is an extensible server platform that uses TLS by default. In version 2.11.3 and earlier, three configuration-dependent weaknesses affect the handler and placeholder layer. In modules/caddyhttp/rewrite/rewrite.go, Rewrite.Rewrite() can pass attacker-controlled replacement bytes through buildQueryString for a second placeholder expansion when a rewrite URI ends with a literal question mark, allowing injected environment or request-variable placeholders to disclose data and, when the file provider is registered, allowing injected file placeholders to disclose readable files. The issue is fixed in version 2.11.4. |
| On affected platforms running Arista EOS with gRPC Network Management Interface (gNMI) enabled, a specially crafted request could allow a malicious authenticated client with gRPC Network Management Interface (gNMI) access to execute arbitrary code with root privileges on the switch. |
| An unauthenticated P4Runtime (Programming Protocol-Independent Packet Processors Runtime) client can achieve arbitrary code execution under certain conditions on affected platforms running Arista EOS configured with P4Runtime. P4Runtime is disabled by default in Arista EOS. By crafting a malicious packet during the initiation of a P4Runtime session, an attacker can obtain complete administrative control over the compromised switch.
This issue was discovered internally by Arista, and the company is not aware of any malicious exploitation of this vulnerability in customer networks. |
| Under certain circumstances on affected platforms running Arista EOS with gRPC Network Packet Sampling Interface (gNPSI) enabled, an unauthenticated gNPSI client can craft a malicious request to allow arbitrary code execution, granting an attacker full administrative control over the compromised switch. |
| Redocly CLI makes OpenAPI validation, linting, and documentation workflows easier. Prior to version 2.33.0 of @redocly/respect-core and @redocly/cli, the respect command dynamically evaluates $faker runtime expressions in Arazzo descriptions. A crafted expression can traverse constructor, prototype, or __proto__ properties in packages/respect-core/src/modules/context-parser/get-value-from-context.ts, reach the JavaScript Function constructor, and execute arbitrary code when a user processes an untrusted description. The executed code runs with the privileges of the CLI process and can execute shell commands or read CI secrets. Users processing only trusted, self-authored workflows are not affected. This issue is fixed in @redocly/respect-core and @redocly/cli version 2.33.0. |
