CVE-2022-49958 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2025-11-14 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/sched: fix netdevice reference leaks in attach_default_qdiscs() In attach_default_qdiscs(), if a dev has multiple queues and queue 0 fails to attach qdisc because there is no memory in attach_one_default_qdisc(). Then dev->qdisc will be noop_qdisc by default. But the other queues may be able to successfully attach to default qdisc. In this case, the fallback to noqueue process will be triggered. If the original attached qdisc is not released and a new one is directly attached, this will cause netdevice reference leaks. The following is the bug log: veth0: default qdisc (fq_codel) fail, fallback to noqueue unregister_netdevice: waiting for veth0 to become free. Usage count = 32 leaked reference. qdisc_alloc+0x12e/0x210 qdisc_create_dflt+0x62/0x140 attach_one_default_qdisc.constprop.41+0x44/0x70 dev_activate+0x128/0x290 __dev_open+0x12a/0x190 __dev_change_flags+0x1a2/0x1f0 dev_change_flags+0x23/0x60 do_setlink+0x332/0x1150 __rtnl_newlink+0x52f/0x8e0 rtnl_newlink+0x43/0x70 rtnetlink_rcv_msg+0x140/0x3b0 netlink_rcv_skb+0x50/0x100 netlink_unicast+0x1bb/0x290 netlink_sendmsg+0x37c/0x4e0 sock_sendmsg+0x5f/0x70 ____sys_sendmsg+0x208/0x280 Fix this bug by clearing any non-noop qdiscs that may have been assigned before trying to re-attach.

CVE-2022-49962 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2025-11-14 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: xhci: Fix null pointer dereference in remove if xHC has only one roothub The remove path in xhci platform driver tries to remove and put both main and shared hcds even if only a main hcd exists (one roothub) This causes a null pointer dereference in reboot for those controllers. Check that the shared_hcd exists before trying to remove it.
CVE-2022-49964 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2025-11-14 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: arm64: cacheinfo: Fix incorrect assignment of signed error value to unsigned fw_level Though acpi_find_last_cache_level() always returned signed value and the document states it will return any errors caused by lack of a PPTT table, it never returned negative values before. Commit 0c80f9e165f8 ("ACPI: PPTT: Leave the table mapped for the runtime usage") however changed it by returning -ENOENT if no PPTT was found. The value returned from acpi_find_last_cache_level() is then assigned to unsigned fw_level. It will result in the number of cache leaves calculated incorrectly as a huge value which will then cause the following warning from __alloc_pages as the order would be great than MAX_ORDER because of incorrect and huge cache leaves value. | WARNING: CPU: 0 PID: 1 at mm/page_alloc.c:5407 __alloc_pages+0x74/0x314 | Modules linked in: | CPU: 0 PID: 1 Comm: swapper/0 Not tainted 5.19.0-10393-g7c2a8d3ac4c0 #73 | pstate: 20000005 (nzCv daif -PAN -UAO -TCO -DIT -SSBS BTYPE=--) | pc : __alloc_pages+0x74/0x314 | lr : alloc_pages+0xe8/0x318 | Call trace: | __alloc_pages+0x74/0x314 | alloc_pages+0xe8/0x318 | kmalloc_order_trace+0x68/0x1dc | __kmalloc+0x240/0x338 | detect_cache_attributes+0xe0/0x56c | update_siblings_masks+0x38/0x284 | store_cpu_topology+0x78/0x84 | smp_prepare_cpus+0x48/0x134 | kernel_init_freeable+0xc4/0x14c | kernel_init+0x2c/0x1b4 | ret_from_fork+0x10/0x20 Fix the same by changing fw_level to be signed integer and return the error from init_cache_level() early in case of error.

CVE-2025-41107 1 Qdocs 1 Smart School 2025-11-14 5.4 Medium
Stored Cross Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in Smart School 7.0 due to lack of proper validation of user input when sending a POST request to '/online_admission', wich affects the parameters 'firstname', 'lastname', 'guardian_name' and others. This vulnerability could allow a remote user to send a specially crafted query to an authenticated user and steal his/her session cookie details.
CVE-2022-49966 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2025-11-14 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amd/pm: add missing ->fini_microcode interface for Sienna Cichlid To avoid any potential memory leak.
CVE-2017-20210 1 Qnap 1 Photo Station 2025-11-14 9.8 Critical

CVE-2022-49967 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2025-11-14 4.7 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Fix a data-race around bpf_jit_limit. While reading bpf_jit_limit, it can be changed concurrently via sysctl, WRITE_ONCE() in __do_proc_doulongvec_minmax(). The size of bpf_jit_limit is long, so we need to add a paired READ_ONCE() to avoid load-tearing.
CVE-2025-12729 1 Google 2 Android, Chrome 2025-11-14 4.2 Medium
Inappropriate implementation in Omnibox in Google Chrome on Android prior to 142.0.7444.137 allowed a remote attacker who convinced a user to engage in specific UI gestures to perform UI spoofing via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
CVE-2024-10082 1 Ericsson 1 Codechecker 2025-11-14 8.7 High
CodeChecker is an analyzer tooling, defect database and viewer extension for the Clang Static Analyzer and Clang Tidy. Authentication method confusion allows logging in as the built-in root user from an external service. The built-in root user up until 6.24.1 is generated in a weak manner, cannot be disabled, and has universal access. This vulnerability allows an attacker who can create an account on an enabled external authentication service, to log in as the root user, and access and control everything that can be controlled via the web interface. The attacker needs to acquire the username of the root user to be successful. This issue affects CodeChecker: through 6.24.1.

This makes rust currently incompatible with FineIBT. Add a Kconfig dependency that prevents FineIBT from getting turned on by default if rust is enabled. [ Rust 1.88.0 (scheduled for 2025-06-26) should have this fixed [1], and thus we relaxed the condition with Rust >= 1.88. When `objtool` lands checking for this with e.g. [2], the plan is to ideally run that in upstream Rust's CI to prevent regressions early [3], since we do not control `core`'s source code. Alice tested the Rust PR backported to an older compiler. Peter would like that Rust provides a stable `core` which can be pulled into the kernel: "Relying on that much out of tree code is 'unfortunate'". - Miguel ] [ Reduced splat. - Miguel ]
