CVE-2025-40919 2026-04-15 6.5 Medium
Authen::DigestMD5 versions 0.01 through 0.02 for Perl generate the cnonce insecurely. The cnonce (client nonce) is generated from an MD5 hash of the PID, the epoch time and the built-in rand function. The PID will come from a small set of numbers, and the epoch time may be guessed, if it is not leaked from the HTTP Date header. The built-in rand function is unsuitable for cryptographic usage. According to RFC 2831, "The cnonce-value is an opaque quoted string value provided by the client and used by both client and server to avoid chosen plaintext attacks, and to provide mutual authentication. The security of the implementation depends on a good choice. It is RECOMMENDED that it contain at least 64 bits of entropy."
CVE-2025-40916 2026-04-15 9.1 Critical
Mojolicious::Plugin::CaptchaPNG version 1.05 for Perl uses a weak random number source for generating the captcha. That version uses the built-in rand() function for generating the captcha text as well as image noise, which is insecure.
CVE-2025-40925 1 Starch 1 Starch 2026-04-15 9.1 Critical
Starch versions 0.14 and earlier generate session ids insecurely. The default session id generator returns a SHA-1 hash seeded with a counter, the epoch time, the built-in rand function, the PID, and internal Perl reference addresses. The PID will come from a small set of numbers, and the epoch time may be guessed, if it is not leaked from the HTTP Date header. The built-in rand function is unsuitable for cryptographic usage. Predicable session ids could allow an attacker to gain access to systems.
CVE-2025-40929 1 Rurban 1 Cpanel::json::xs 2026-04-15 5.6 Medium
Cpanel::JSON::XS before version 4.40 for Perl has an integer buffer overflow causing a segfault when parsing crafted JSON, enabling denial-of-service attacks or other unspecified impact
CVE-2025-4095 1 Docker 1 Docker Desktop 2026-04-15 N/A
Registry Access Management (RAM) is a security feature allowing administrators to restrict access for their developers to only allowed registries. When a MacOS configuration profile is used to enforce organization sign-in, the RAM policies are not being applied, which would allow Docker Desktop users to pull down unapproved, and potentially malicious images from any registry.
CVE-2025-40985 2026-04-15 N/A
SQL injection vulnerability in SCATI Vision Web of SCATI Labs from version 4.8 to 7.2. This vulnerability allows an attacker to exfiltrate some data from the database via the ‘login’ parameter in the endpoint ‘/scatevision_web/index.php/loginForm’.
CVE-2025-40977 1 Workdo 1 Ecommercego Saas 2026-04-15 N/A
Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in WorkDo's eCommerceGo SaaS, consisting of a lack of proper validation of user input by sending a POST request to ‘/store-ticket’, using the ‘subject’ and ‘description’ parameters.
CVE-2025-40978 1 Workdo 1 Ecommercego Saas 2026-04-15 N/A
Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in WorkDo's eCommerceGo SaaS, consisting of a stored XSS due to a lack of proper validation of user input by sending a POST request to ‘/ticket/x/conversion’, using the ‘reply_description’ parameter.
CVE-2025-40353 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 7.0 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: arm64: mte: Do not warn if the page is already tagged in copy_highpage() The arm64 copy_highpage() assumes that the destination page is newly allocated and not MTE-tagged (PG_mte_tagged unset) and warns accordingly. However, following commit 060913999d7a ("mm: migrate: support poisoned recover from migrate folio"), folio_mc_copy() is called before __folio_migrate_mapping(). If the latter fails (-EAGAIN), the copy will be done again to the same destination page. Since copy_highpage() already set the PG_mte_tagged flag, this second copy will warn. Replace the WARN_ON_ONCE(page already tagged) in the arm64 copy_highpage() with a comment.
CVE-2025-40340 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 7.0 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/xe: Fix oops in xe_gem_fault when running core_hotunplug test. I saw an oops in xe_gem_fault when running the xe-fast-feedback testlist against the realtime kernel without debug options enabled. The panic happens after core_hotunplug unbind-rebind finishes. Presumably what happens is that a process mmaps, unlocks because of the FAULT_FLAG_RETRY_NOWAIT logic, has no process memory left, causing ttm_bo_vm_dummy_page() to return VM_FAULT_NOPAGE, since there was nothing left to populate, and then oopses in "mem_type_is_vram(tbo->resource->mem_type)" because tbo->resource is NULL. It's convoluted, but fits the data and explains the oops after the test exits.
CVE-2025-40332 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amdkfd: Fix mmap write lock not release If mmap write lock is taken while draining retry fault, mmap write lock is not released because svm_range_restore_pages calls mmap_read_unlock then returns. This causes deadlock and system hangs later because mmap read or write lock cannot be taken. Downgrade mmap write lock to read lock if draining retry fault fix this bug.
CVE-2025-40321 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 7.0 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: brcmfmac: fix crash while sending Action Frames in standalone AP Mode Currently, whenever there is a need to transmit an Action frame, the brcmfmac driver always uses the P2P vif to send the "actframe" IOVAR to firmware. The P2P interfaces were available when wpa_supplicant is managing the wlan interface. However, the P2P interfaces are not created/initialized when only hostapd is managing the wlan interface. And if hostapd receives an ANQP Query REQ Action frame even from an un-associated STA, the brcmfmac driver tries to use an uninitialized P2P vif pointer for sending the IOVAR to firmware. This NULL pointer dereferencing triggers a driver crash. [ 1417.074538] Unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at virtual address 0000000000000000 [...] [ 1417.075188] Hardware name: Raspberry Pi 4 Model B Rev 1.5 (DT) [...] [ 1417.075653] Call trace: [ 1417.075662] brcmf_p2p_send_action_frame+0x23c/0xc58 [brcmfmac] [ 1417.075738] brcmf_cfg80211_mgmt_tx+0x304/0x5c0 [brcmfmac] [ 1417.075810] cfg80211_mlme_mgmt_tx+0x1b0/0x428 [cfg80211] [ 1417.076067] nl80211_tx_mgmt+0x238/0x388 [cfg80211] [ 1417.076281] genl_family_rcv_msg_doit+0xe0/0x158 [ 1417.076302] genl_rcv_msg+0x220/0x2a0 [ 1417.076317] netlink_rcv_skb+0x68/0x140 [ 1417.076330] genl_rcv+0x40/0x60 [ 1417.076343] netlink_unicast+0x330/0x3b8 [ 1417.076357] netlink_sendmsg+0x19c/0x3f8 [ 1417.076370] __sock_sendmsg+0x64/0xc0 [ 1417.076391] ____sys_sendmsg+0x268/0x2a0 [ 1417.076408] ___sys_sendmsg+0xb8/0x118 [ 1417.076427] __sys_sendmsg+0x90/0xf8 [ 1417.076445] __arm64_sys_sendmsg+0x2c/0x40 [ 1417.076465] invoke_syscall+0x50/0x120 [ 1417.076486] el0_svc_common.constprop.0+0x48/0xf0 [ 1417.076506] do_el0_svc+0x24/0x38 [ 1417.076525] el0_svc+0x30/0x100 [ 1417.076548] el0t_64_sync_handler+0x100/0x130 [ 1417.076569] el0t_64_sync+0x190/0x198 [ 1417.076589] Code: f9401e80 aa1603e2 f9403be1 5280e483 (f9400000) Fix this, by always using the vif corresponding to the wdev on which the Action frame Transmission request was initiated by the userspace. This way, even if P2P vif is not available, the IOVAR is sent to firmware on AP vif and the ANQP Query RESP Action frame is transmitted without crashing the driver. Move init_completion() for "send_af_done" from brcmf_p2p_create_p2pdev() to brcmf_p2p_attach(). Because the former function would not get executed when only hostapd is managing wlan interface, and it is not safe to do reinit_completion() later in brcmf_p2p_tx_action_frame(), without any prior init_completion(). And in the brcmf_p2p_tx_action_frame() function, the condition check for P2P Presence response frame is not needed, since the wpa_supplicant is properly sending the P2P Presense Response frame on the P2P-GO vif instead of the P2P-Device vif. CVE-2025-40316 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/mediatek: Fix device use-after-free on unbind A recent change fixed device reference leaks when looking up drm platform device driver data during bind() but failed to remove a partial fix which had been added by commit 80805b62ea5b ("drm/mediatek: Fix kobject put for component sub-drivers"). This results in a reference imbalance on component bind() failures and on unbind() which could lead to a user-after-free. Make sure to only drop the references after retrieving the driver data by effectively reverting the previous partial fix. Note that holding a reference to a device does not prevent its driver data from going away so there is no point in keeping the reference.
CVE-2025-40279 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 7.0 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: sched: act_connmark: initialize struct tc_ife to fix kernel leak In tcf_connmark_dump(), the variable 'opt' was partially initialized using a designatied initializer. While the padding bytes are reamined uninitialized. nla_put() copies the entire structure into a netlink message, these uninitialized bytes leaked to userspace. Initialize the structure with memset before assigning its fields to ensure all members and padding are cleared prior to beign copied.
CVE-2025-40313 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ntfs3: pretend $Extend records as regular files Since commit af153bb63a33 ("vfs: catch invalid modes in may_open()") requires any inode be one of S_IFDIR/S_IFLNK/S_IFREG/S_IFCHR/S_IFBLK/ S_IFIFO/S_IFSOCK type, use S_IFREG for $Extend records.
CVE-2025-40267 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: io_uring/rw: ensure allocated iovec gets cleared for early failure A previous commit reused the recyling infrastructure for early cleanup, but this is not enough for the case where our internal caches have overflowed. If this happens, then the allocated iovec can get leaked if the request is also aborted early. Reinstate the previous forced free of the iovec for that situation.

The expected behavior is to terminate the affected process instead of panicking the kernel, as the x86 Machine Check code can recover from an in-userspace #MC. mce: [Hardware Error]: CPU 0: Machine Check Exception: f Bank 3: bd80000000070134 mce: [Hardware Error]: RIP 10:<ffffffff8372f8bc> {memchr_inv+0x4c/0xf0} mce: [Hardware Error]: TSC afff7bbff88a ADDR 1d301b000 MISC 80 PPIN 1e741e77539027db mce: [Hardware Error]: PROCESSOR 0:d06d0 TIME 1758093249 SOCKET 0 APIC 0 microcode 80000320 mce: [Hardware Error]: Run the above through 'mcelog --ascii' mce: [Hardware Error]: Machine check: Data load in unrecoverable area of kernel Kernel panic - not syncing: Fatal local machine check The root cause of this panic is that handling a memory failure triggered by an in-userspace #MC necessitates splitting the THP. The splitting process employs a mechanism, implemented in try_to_map_unused_to_zeropage(), which reads the pages in the THP to identify zero-filled pages. However, reading the pages in the THP results in a second in-kernel #MC, occurring before the initial memory_failure() completes, ultimately leading to a kernel panic. See the kernel panic call trace on the two #MCs. First Machine Check occurs // [1] memory_failure() // [2] try_to_split_thp_page() split_huge_page() split_huge_page_to_list_to_order() __folio_split() // [3] remap_page() remove_migration_ptes() remove_migration_pte() try_to_map_unused_to_zeropage() // [4] memchr_inv() // [5] Second Machine Check occurs // [6] Kernel panic [1] Triggered by accessing a hardware-poisoned THP in userspace, which is typically recoverable by terminating the affected process. [2] Call folio_set_has_hwpoisoned() before try_to_split_thp_page(). [3] Pass the RMP_USE_SHARED_ZEROPAGE remap flag to remap_page(). [4] Try to map the unused THP to zeropage. [5] Re-access pages in the hw-poisoned THP in the kernel. [6] Triggered in-kernel, leading to a panic kernel. In Step[2], memory_failure() sets the poisoned flag on the page in the THP by TestSetPageHWPoison() before calling try_to_split_thp_page(). As suggested by David Hildenbrand, fix this panic by not accessing to the poisoned page in the THP during zeropage identification, while continuing to scan unaffected pages in the THP for possible zeropage mapping. This prevents a second in-kernel #MC that would cause kernel panic in Step[4]. Thanks to Andrew Zaborowski for his initial work on fixing this issue.
