CVSS v3.1 |
| Silverstripe Elemental extends a page type to swap the content area for a list of manageable elements to compose a page out of rather than a single text field. An elemental block can include an XSS payload, which can be executed when viewing the "Content blocks in use" report. The vulnerability is specific to that report and is a result of failure to cast input prior to including it in the grid field. This vulnerability is fixed in 5.3.12. |
| Crayfish is a collection of Islandora 8 microservices, one of which, Homarus, provides FFmpeg as a microservice. Prior to Crayfish version 4.1.0, remote code execution may be possible in web-accessible installations of Homarus in certain configurations. The issue has been patched in `islandora/crayfish:4.1.0`. Some workarounds are available. The exploit requires making a request against the Homarus's `/convert` endpoint; therefore, the ability to exploit is much reduced if the microservice is not directly accessible from the Internet, so: Prevent general access from the Internet from hitting Homarus. Alternatively or additionally, configure auth in Crayfish to be more strongly required, such that requests with `Authorization` headers that do not validate are rejected before the problematic CLI interpolation occurs. |
| Lakeus is a simple skin made for MediaWiki. Starting in version 1.0.8 and prior to versions 1.3.1+REL1.39, 1.3.1+REL1.42, and 1.4.0, Lakeus is vulnerable to store cross-site scripting via malicious system messages, though editing the messages requires high privileges. Those with `(editinterface)` rights can edit system messages that are improperly handled in order to send raw HTML. In the case of `lakeus-footermessage`, this will affect all users if the server is configured to link back to this repository. Otherwise, the system messages in themeDesigner.js are only used when the user enables it in their preferences. Versions 1.3.1+REL1.39, 1.3.1+REL1.42, and 1.4.0 contain a patch. |
| A potential security vulnerability in HPE NonStop OSM Service Connection Suite could potentially be exploited to allow a local Denial of Service. |
| Metabase is an open source Business Intelligence and Embedded Analytics tool. When admins change Snowflake connection details in Metabase (either updating a password or changing password to private key or vice versa), Metabase would not always purge older Snowflake connection details from the application database. In order to remove older and stale connection details, Metabase would try one connection method at a time and purge all the other connection methods from the application database. When Metabase found a connection that worked, it would log (log/infof "Successfully connected, migrating to: %s" (pr-str test-details)) which would then print the username and password to the logger. This is fixed in 52.17.1, 53.9.5 and 54.1.5 in both the OSS and enterprise editions. Versions 51 and lower are not impacted. |
| Vite is a frontend tooling framework for javascript. Prior to 6.2.6, 6.1.5, 6.0.15, 5.4.18, and 4.5.13, the contents of arbitrary files can be returned to the browser if the dev server is running on Node or Bun. HTTP 1.1 spec (RFC 9112) does not allow # in request-target. Although an attacker can send such a request. For those requests with an invalid request-line (it includes request-target), the spec recommends to reject them with 400 or 301. The same can be said for HTTP 2. On Node and Bun, those requests are not rejected internally and is passed to the user land. For those requests, the value of http.IncomingMessage.url contains #. Vite assumed req.url won't contain # when checking server.fs.deny, allowing those kinds of requests to bypass the check. Only apps explicitly exposing the Vite dev server to the network (using --host or server.host config option) and running the Vite dev server on runtimes that are not Deno (e.g. Node, Bun) are affected. This vulnerability is fixed in 6.2.6, 6.1.5, 6.0.15, 5.4.18, and 4.5.13. |
| In ConnMan through 1.44, the lookup string in ns_resolv in dnsproxy.c can be NULL or an empty string when the TC (Truncated) bit is set in a DNS response. This allows attackers to cause a denial of service (application crash) or possibly execute arbitrary code, because those lookup values lead to incorrect length calculations and incorrect memcpy operations. |
| Improper authentication handling was identified in a set of HTTP POST requests affecting the following product families:
* Digi PortServer TS - prior to and including 82000747_AA, build date 06/17/2022
* Digi One SP/Digi One SP IA/Digi One IA - prior to and including 82000774_Z, build date 10/19/2020
* Digi One IAP – prior to and including 82000770 Z, build date 10/19/2020
A specially crafted POST request to the device’s web interface may allow an unauthenticated attacker to modify configuration settings. |
| The authentication mechanism on web interface is not properly implemented. It is possible to bypass authentication checks by crafting a post request with new settings since there is no session token or authentication in place. This would allow an attacker for instance to point the device to an arbitrary address for domain name resolution to e.g. facililitate a man-in-the-middle (MitM) attack. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
RISC-V: KVM: Write hgatp register with valid mode bits
According to the RISC-V Privileged Architecture Spec, when MODE=Bare
is selected, software must write zero to the remaining fields of hgatp.
We have detected the valid mode supported by the HW before, So using a
valid mode to detect how many vmid bits are supported. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/xe: Don't allow evicting of BOs in same VM in array of VM binds
An array of VM binds can potentially evict other buffer objects (BOs)
within the same VM under certain conditions, which may lead to NULL
pointer dereferences later in the bind pipeline. To prevent this, clear
the allow_res_evict flag in the xe_bo_validate call.
v2:
- Invert polarity of no_res_evict (Thomas)
- Add comment in code explaining issue (Thomas)

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ALSA: hda: cs35l41: Fix NULL pointer dereference in cs35l41_get_acpi_mute_state()
Return value of a function acpi_evaluate_dsm() is dereferenced without
checking for NULL, but it is usually checked for this function.
acpi_evaluate_dsm() may return NULL, when acpi_evaluate_object() returns
acpi_status other than ACPI_SUCCESS, so add a check to prevent the crach.

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
remoteproc: qcom: pas: Shutdown lite ADSP DTB on X1E
The ADSP firmware on X1E has separate firmware binaries for the main
firmware and the DTB. The same applies for the "lite" firmware loaded by
the boot firmware.
When preparing to load the new ADSP firmware we shutdown the lite_pas_id
for the main firmware, but we don't shutdown the corresponding lite pas_id
for the DTB. The fact that we're leaving it "running" forever becomes
obvious if you try to reuse (or just access) the memory region used by the
"lite" firmware: The &adsp_boot_mem is accessible, but accessing the
&adsp_boot_dtb_mem results in a crash.
We don't support reusing the memory regions currently, but nevertheless we
should not keep part of the lite firmware running. Fix this by adding the
lite_dtb_pas_id and shutting it down as well.
We don't have a way to detect if the lite firmware is actually running yet,
so ignore the return status of qcom_scm_pas_shutdown() for now. This was
already the case before, the assignment to "ret" is not used anywhere. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
misc: pci_endpoint_test: Fix array underflow in pci_endpoint_test_ioctl()
Commit eefb83790a0d ("misc: pci_endpoint_test: Add doorbell test case")
added NO_BAR (-1) to the pci_barno enum which, in practical terms,
changes the enum from an unsigned int to a signed int. If the user
passes a negative number in pci_endpoint_test_ioctl() then it results in
an array underflow in pci_endpoint_test_bar(). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
wifi: ath12k: Fix peer lookup in ath12k_dp_mon_rx_deliver_msdu()
In ath12k_dp_mon_rx_deliver_msdu(), peer lookup fails because
rxcb->peer_id is not updated with a valid value. This is expected
in monitor mode, where RX frames bypass the regular RX
descriptor path that typically sets rxcb->peer_id.
As a result, the peer is NULL, and link_id and link_valid fields
in the RX status are not populated. This leads to a WARN_ON in
mac80211 when it receives data frame from an associated station
with invalid link_id.
Fix this potential issue by using ppduinfo->peer_id, which holds
the correct peer id for the received frame. This ensures that the
peer is correctly found and the associated link metadata is updated
accordingly.

| Catalyst::Authentication::Credential::HTTP versions 1.018 and earlier for Perl generate nonces using the Perl Data::UUID library.
* Data::UUID does not use a strong cryptographic source for generating UUIDs.
* Data::UUID returns v3 UUIDs, which are generated from known information and are unsuitable for security, as per RFC 9562.
* The nonces should be generated from a strong cryptographic source, as per RFC 7616. |
| SQL injection in Sergestec's SISTICK v7.2. This vulnerability allows an attacker to retrieve, create, update, and delete databases through the 'id' parameter in '/index.php?view=ticket_detail'. |
| The following versions of Spring Cloud Gateway Server Webflux may be vulnerable to the ability to expose environment variables and system properties to attackers.
An application should be considered vulnerable when all the following are true:
* The application is using Spring Cloud Gateway Server Webflux (Spring Cloud Gateway Server WebMVC is not vulnerable).
* An admin or untrusted third party using Spring Expression Language (SpEL) to access environment variables or system properties via routes.
* An untrusted third party could create a route that uses SpEL to access environment variables or system properties if: * The Spring Cloud Gateway Server Webflux actuator web endpoint is enabled via management.endpoints.web.exposure.include=gateway and management.endpoint.gateway.enabled=trueor management.endpoint.gateway.access=unrestricte.
* The actuator endpoints are available to attackers.
* The actuator endpoints are unsecured. |
| Due to a missing authentication check in the SAP NetWeaver application on IBM i-series, the application allows high privileged unauthorized users to read, modify, or delete sensitive information, as well as access administrative or privileged functionalities. This results in a high impact on the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the application. |
| An insufficient validation of an untrusted input vulnerability in Palo Alto Networks Prisma® Browser allows a locally authenticated non-admin user to revert the browser’s security controls. |
