| CVE-2026-98374 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-07 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tcp: fix use-after-free of retransmit_skb_hint in tcp_send_synack() When tcp_send_synack() replaces the cloned SYN skb at the head of the retransmit queue with a copy, it frees the original with tcp_rtx_queue_unlink_and_free() and only repairs tp->highest_sack. tp->retransmit_skb_hint keeps pointing at the freed skbuff_fclone_cache object. The dangling hint is read in tcp_verify_retransmit_hint() and used as the root of the rbtree walk in tcp_xmit_retransmit_queue(). An unprivileged TFO client (sendmsg(MSG_FASTOPEN)) can arm the hint with an attacker-supplied ICMP fragmentation-needed message, after which a simultaneous open frees the armed SYN skb: BUG: KASAN: slab-use-after-free in tcp_mark_skb_lost (net/ipv4/tcp_input.c:1316) Read of size 4 at addr ffff88800604d928 by task swapper/1/0 Call Trace: tcp_mark_skb_lost (net/ipv4/tcp_input.c:1316) tcp_simple_retransmit (net/ipv4/tcp_input.c:3158) tcp_v4_err (net/ipv4/tcp_ipv4.c:587) Sync the hint to the copy. | ||||
| CVE-2026-107151 | 2 Red Hat, Redhat | 2 Red Hat Satellite 6, Satellite | 2026-10-07 | 5.9 Medium |
| Missing authentication has been found in remote-execution task updates in the smart_proxy_dynflow package. The progress and completion callbacks accept a report when the one-time token is missing. A network attacker or user must already know the identifier of a running job. This applies when remote execution is set to pull or pull-mqtt mode. They can send their own job output and mark the job as a success or a failure. The job is then recorded with that result. | ||||
| CVE-2026-10556 | 1 Mattermost | 2 Mattermost, Mattermost Server | 2026-10-07 | 5.3 Medium |
| Mattermost versions 11.9.x <= 11.9.0, 11.8.x <= 11.8.4, 11.7.x <= 11.7.7, 10.11.x <= 10.11.22 fail to validate null entries in Microsoft Graph webhook notification payloads, which allows an unauthenticated attacker to crash the Microsoft Calendar plugin process and deny calendar integration service to all users on the instance via a crafted {{POST}} request to the public webhook endpoint.. | CVE-2026-96594 | 1 Gitea | 1 Gitea | 2026-10-07 | 6.1 Medium |
| The Gitea API endpoint `GET /api/v1/repos/{owner}/{repo}/media/{filepath}` wrote files of up to 1 KiB that are stored directly in Git, not in LFS, to the response without the content type and disposition headers Gitea uses for user content. An HTML file committed to a repository was therefore rendered by the browser on the Gitea origin. A user who can push to a repository could run JavaScript in the session of a victim who opens the media URL and act with the victim's permissions. | ||||

| CVE-2026-65142 | 2026-10-07 | 7.8 High | ||
| NVIDIA Model-Optimizer contains a vulnerability where an attacker may cause deserialization of untrusted data. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to code execution, data tampering, denial of service, and information disclosure. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106589 | 1 Openbsd | 1 Openssh | 2026-10-07 | 2.9 Low |
| In sshd in OpenSSH through 10.6, in certain environments such as QNX 6 and SCO OpenServer 5, sshd-session can unexpectedly have root privileges. This is related to the GatewayPorts and StreamLocalForwarding configuration options, and lack of support for file-descriptor passing and unprivileged allocation of PTY devices. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106547 | 2026-10-07 | N/A | ||
| A heap-based buffer overflow in H5VM_array_fill() in src/H5VM.c in HDF5 before 2.2.0 lets a remote attacker cause an application crash and possibly execute arbitrary code with a crafted HDF5 file. When a dataset's unallocated chunks are read, H5D__fill_init() fills the fill-value buffer from datatype and dataspace metadata in the file. If that metadata is inconsistent with the buffer's allocated size, the write goes past the end of the buffer. The attacker can control the content written through the fill value stored in the file. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106507 | 2026-10-07 | 5.3 Medium | ||
| Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. Prior to 1.15.4, the @backstage/plugin-techdocs-node package is affected by techdocs arbitrary file read via mkdocs snippets. Unsafe path resolution in TechDocs source tree handling allows an authenticated user who can register documentation sources to include content from outside the intended documentation boundary. Depending on deployment, this may expose files readable by the build process. This issue is fixed in version 1.15.4. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106502 | 1 Backstage | 2 Backstage, Plugin-scaffolder-backend | 2026-10-07 | 5.3 Medium |
| Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. Prior to 4.1.0, the @backstage/plugin-scaffolder-backend package could expose sensitive information in Scaffolder task failure events. Under specific template and failure conditions, an authenticated user may retrieve backend-managed credentials used during task execution from affected task events. This issue is fixed in version 4.1.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106489 | 2026-10-07 | 6.5 Medium | ||
| Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. Prior to 2.2.4, the @backstage/plugin-techdocs-backend package is affected by improper authorization enforcement for techdocs static content. An authenticated user with access to one TechDocs documentation site could craft a URL able to read documentation belonging to a different entity. This only affects deployments using the external TechDocs builder with an external storage provider (S3, GCS, etc.) and the permission framework enabled. Instances that do not use the permission framework are unaffected, since TechDocs content is visible to all authenticated users by design. This issue is fixed in version 2.2.4. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106462 | 2026-10-07 | 6.4 Medium | ||
| Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. Prior to 1.54.6, scaffolder source-control actions may not consistently enforce intended credential boundaries. An authenticated user could cause an affected action to fall back to broader integration credentials and perform operations with more access than intended. This issue is fixed in 1.54.6 when operators also enable scaffolder.requireScmUserCredentials after upgrading. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106457 | 2026-10-07 | 6.8 Medium | ||
| Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. From 0.1.0 until 0.5.0, the @backstage/plugin-auth-backend-module-cloudflare-access-provider package is affected by insufficient audience validation in the cloudflare access auth provider. The Cloudflare Access auth provider verifies a token's signature and team issuer, but affected versions do not verify that the token was issued for the Backstage application. A user holding a valid token for another Access application in the same Cloudflare Zero Trust team may therefore be able to authenticate to Backstage if that token reaches the auth endpoint without the Backstage application's audience already being enforced upstream. Cloudflare Access normally evaluates the protected application before forwarding requests. This issue is fixed in version 0.5.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106290 | 1 Google | 1 Chrome | 2026-10-07 | 4.7 Medium |
| Uninitialized resource in GPU in Google Chrome on on Android prior to 155.0.8059.39 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to read memory outside the sandbox via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium) | ||||
| CVE-2026-76501 | 2026-10-07 | 9.8 Critical | ||
| A vulnerability in the Segment Routing over IPv6 (SRv6) Operation, Administration, and Maintenance (OAM) feature of Cisco NX-OS Software, known as NGOAM, could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to execute arbitrary code with root privileges or cause a denial of service (DoS) on an affected device. This vulnerability is due to improper input validation of IP traffic when the NGOAM and SRv6 features are enabled. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted packets to an IP interface on an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary code with root privileges and could cause process crashes resulting in a reload and DoS condition. | ||||
| CVE-2026-76500 | 2026-10-07 | 9.8 Critical | ||
| As part of Cisco's ongoing commitment to proactive security and product quality, the Cisco Application Policy Infrastructure Controller (APIC) engineering team has conducted a comprehensive internal security review. This review resulted in software hardening releases that address multiple internally discovered vulnerabilities. The vulnerabilities tracked by CVE-2026-76500 are related to issues with improper control of a resource through its lifetime that are grouped under the Common Weakness Enumeration (CWE) Pillar CWE-664. | ||||
