CVSS v3.1 |
| CWE-918: Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability exists that could cause unauthorized command execution and disclosure of server data when an attacker with a privileged account sends crafted, unvalidated parameters to a server endpoint. |
| A server-side request forgery issue due to improper validation of equivalent address representations in the port forwarding to remote hosts functionality in Amazon AWS Systems Manager Agent (SSM Agent) before 3.3.4851.0 on all platforms might allow an authenticated remote user to bypass the remote destination denylist and reach link-local endpoints, potentially obtaining the temporary IAM role credentials of a managed instance and acting with that role's permissions from outside the instance, via a crafted destination host value that uses an alternate representation of a denied link-local address.
To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to version 3.3.4851.0 or later. |
| Rowboat through 0.9.1 fails to validate custom MCP server and webhook URLs, allowing authenticated users to configure arbitrary destinations. Attackers can point these URLs at internal services and cloud metadata endpoints to perform server-side request forgery and enumerate internal network topology. |
| MegaParse 0.0.55 contains an unauthenticated server-side request forgery vulnerability in the POST /v1/url endpoint that fetches caller-supplied URLs server-side. Attackers can supply internal service URLs or metadata endpoints without authentication to read their responses directly from the JSON response. |
| ms-swift 4.5.2 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in the swift deploy OpenAI-compatible API that fetches multimodal media URLs without validation or redirect filtering. Unauthenticated attackers can supply arbitrary image_url, audio_url, or video_url parameters to make the server issue requests to internal services and cloud metadata endpoints. |
| Kyverno before 1.18.0 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in apiCall.service.url that allows authenticated users to send arbitrary HTTP requests by injecting user-controlled input through variable substitution. Attackers can target internal services, cloud metadata endpoints, and loopback addresses, with response data reflected in admission error messages enabling non-blind data exfiltration. |
| Kyverno before 1.16.2 contains a server-side request forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in the APICall feature. The URL field in a Policy's ServiceCall configuration is not validated, so a user with namespace-level Policy creation permissions can direct Kyverno to make HTTP requests to arbitrary internal resources (e.g., cloud metadata endpoints such as 169.254.169.254 or other tenants' resources). Because Kyverno executes these requests using its cluster-wide high-privilege ServiceAccount (a Confused Deputy problem), the responses—potentially including other tenants' secrets and cloud IAM credentials—are returned in the PolicyReport and can be read by the attacker, breaking multi-tenant isolation. |
| Snipe-IT versions before 8.7.0 fail to HTML-escape the employee_num field in the acceptance PDF generator, allowing attackers with users.edit permission to inject img tags into TCPDF's writeHTML() function. Attackers can craft a malicious employee_num value containing an img tag with an arbitrary HTTP(S) URL to trigger server-side requests to internal services, cloud metadata endpoints, or external targets when a victim signs an asset acceptance. |

Spring Cloud Gateway 5.0.0 - 5.0.2
Spring Cloud Gateway 4.3.0 - 4.3.5
Spring Cloud Gateway 4.0.0 - 4.2.9

| OpenPanel is an analytics platform. In all versions (no patched release available at time of publication), the data importer fetches a caller-supplied URL with plain fetch instead of the project's existing SSRF guard (apps/api/src/utils/safe-fetch.ts). In packages/importer/src/providers/umami.ts, parseRemoteFile calls fetch() on config.fileUrl, which is validated only by z.string().url(), so values such as http://127.0.0.1:9911/ or http://169.254.169.254/latest/meta-data/ are accepted; the shared createFileImportConfig factory gives the plausible provider the same field. An authenticated organization member — including a default 'member' with no project_access rows, for whom the intended access-level check is skipped because getProjectAccess returns boolean true rather than a level object — can therefore make the server connect to any address reachable from it. The resulting HTTP status and status text are persisted as Import.errorMessage and returned by import.get to the same user, providing a scanning oracle for internal hosts, ports and paths; if an internal response parses as Umami CSV, its rows are ingested as events and become readable in the attacker's analytics views. |
| Dell SCG 5.0 Appliance versions prior to 5.36.00.16 and Dell SCG 5.0 Application versions prior to 5.36.00.00, contains a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability. An unauthenticated attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to denial of service. |
| Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in Drupal Entity Share Websub allows Server Side Request Forgery. This issue affects Entity Share Websub versions: from 0.0.0 to 1.1.2. |
| A legacy endpoint in Command Center contained an unauthenticated server-side request forgery (SSRF) vulnerability related to the handling of arbitrary target URLs. Software customers upgrade to resolved maintenance release. Update Command Center. |
| Affected versions of MISP contain insufficient validation of server-side outbound HTTP destinations in feed retrieval and TAXII discovery functionality.
In feed processing, redirects were followed without validating the redirect scheme or destination. The original request headers were reused across redirect hops, meaning authentication headers or API credentials configured for a feed could be forwarded to a different host. Redirects could also target internal network resources, resulting in SSRF. The fix adds redirect validation, blocks internal destinations for cross-host redirects, strips configured feed credentials before following redirects to another host, and pins validated DNS results to prevent re-resolution after validation.
The TAXII discovery endpoint had a related incomplete SSRF defense. It used gethostbyname() and compared the result against only a few literal addresses. This missed cases including IPv6 loopback (::1), numeric host encodings such as 0x7f000001, and potentially multiple DNS records. The fix moves TAXII discovery to the shared URL egress validator.
Together, these commits harden MISP's outbound URL handling against alternate-address representations, DNS-related bypasses, unsafe redirects, internal-host access, and cross-host credential forwarding.

| knowns through 0.33.0 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in the POST /api/embedding-models/test endpoint that issues outbound requests to caller-supplied destinations without validation. Attackers can enumerate internal hosts and cloud metadata endpoints by observing transport error messages that reveal network reachability information. |
| IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.10.2 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to obtain sensitive information due to a server-side request forgery (SSRF) vulnerability. |
| Lara Dashboard through 1.3.1 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in the POST /api/admin/builder/markdown/fetch endpoint that allows any authenticated user to fetch arbitrary URLs and read the response body. Attackers can read internal HTTP services and cloud metadata including IAM credentials by supplying malicious URLs without host validation or redirect restrictions. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net: ipv6: fix NOREF dst use in seg6 and rpl lwtunnels
seg6_input_core() and rpl_input() call ip6_route_input() which sets a
NOREF dst on the skb, then pass it to dst_cache_set_ip6() invoking
dst_hold() unconditionally.
On PREEMPT_RT, ksoftirqd is preemptible and a higher-priority task can
release the underlying pcpu_rt between the lookup and the caching
through a concurrent FIB lookup on a shared nexthop.
Simplified race sequence:
ksoftirqd/X higher-prio task (same CPU X)
----------- --------------------------------
seg6_input_core(,skb)/rpl_input(skb)
dst_cache_get()
-> miss
ip6_route_input(skb)
-> ip6_pol_route(,skb,flags)
[RT6_LOOKUP_F_DST_NOREF in flags]
-> FIB lookup resolves fib6_nh
[nhid=N route]
-> rt6_make_pcpu_route()
[creates pcpu_rt, refcount=1]
pcpu_rt->sernum = fib6_sernum
[fib6_sernum=W]
-> cmpxchg(fib6_nh.rt6i_pcpu,
NULL, pcpu_rt)
[slot was empty, store succeeds]
-> skb_dst_set_noref(skb, dst)
[dst is pcpu_rt, refcount still 1]
rt_genid_bump_ipv6()
-> bumps fib6_sernum
[fib6_sernum from W to Z]
ip6_route_output()
-> ip6_pol_route()
-> FIB lookup resolves fib6_nh
[nhid=N]
-> rt6_get_pcpu_route()
pcpu_rt->sernum != fib6_sernum
[W <> Z, stale]
-> prev = xchg(rt6i_pcpu, NULL)
-> dst_release(prev)
[prev is pcpu_rt,
refcount 1->0, dead]
dst = skb_dst(skb)
[dst is the dead pcpu_rt]
dst_cache_set_ip6(dst)
-> dst_hold() on dead dst
-> WARN / use-after-free
For the race to occur, ksoftirqd must be preemptible (PREEMPT_RT without
PREEMPT_RT_NEEDS_BH_LOCK) and a concurrent task must be able to release
the pcpu_rt. Shared nexthop objects provide such a path, as two routes
pointing to the same nhid share the same fib6_nh and its rt6i_pcpu
entry.
Fix seg6_input_core() and rpl_input() by calling skb_dst_force() after
ip6_route_input() to force the NOREF dst into a refcounted one before
caching.
The output path is not affected as ip6_route_output() already returns a
refcounted dst. |
