| Snipe-IT is an IT asset/license management system. Prior to 8.6.1, a user with the import permission can use CSV update mode to overwrite the email address of a non-admin user and then request a password reset to take over that account. app/Importer/UserImporter.php applies the canEditAuthFields gate by unsetting username, email, password, and activated on the model, but app/Importer/ItemImporter.php sanitizeItemForUpdating() rebuilds the update array from the raw CSV row in $this->item, restoring the unauthorized values. The app/Http/Controllers/ImportController.php import path checks import permission but does not require users.edit. This issue is fixed in version 8.6.1. |

| A flaw was found in the GIMP image manipulation program, specifically within its Seattle Filmworks file loader. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by tricking a user into opening a specially crafted Seattle Filmworks file. This could lead to a heap overflow, allowing the attacker to write several kilobytes of controlled data beyond the intended memory buffer. Such an overflow can result in memory corruption, potentially leading to arbitrary code execution or a denial of service. |
| A flaw was found in GIMP. A signed integer overflow vulnerability exists in the `file-fli` plugin when processing FLI image files. This occurs due to an incorrect calculation during memory allocation for image buffers, where the multiplication of image width and height can exceed the maximum integer value. A remote attacker could exploit this by tricking a user into opening a specially crafted FLI file, leading to the application crashing and resulting in a denial of service. |

| Symfony UX is a JavaScript ecosystem for Symfony. From 2.17.0 before 2.36.1 and from 3.0.0 before 3.2.0, the ux_icon() Twig function is marked is_safe=['html'] and Icon::toHtml() inlines SVG source verbatim, allowing unsanitized local SVG files or Iconify on-demand JSON body responses containing nested script elements, on* event handlers, or dangerous URL schemes to execute cross-site scripting. This issue is fixed in versions 2.36.1 and 3.2.0. |
| Orval generates type-safe JavaScript clients in TypeScript from OpenAPI v3 and Swagger v2 specifications. Prior to 8.21.0, an unescaped backtick in servers[0].url is emitted into request URL template literals generated when output.baseUrl.getBaseUrlFromSpecification is enabled without safe encoding. This permits attacker-controlled JavaScript to be evaluated when a generated request or URL-builder function is called, resulting in code execution in the developer, CI, test, or application environment. The affected code is packages/core/src/getters/route.ts function getFullRoute. This issue is fixed in version 8.21.0. |
| Orval generates type-safe JavaScript clients in TypeScript from OpenAPI v3 and Swagger v2 specifications. Prior to 8.22.0, Orval resolves remote and local external $ref values without an allowlist or confinement to the input directory. Processing an attacker-controlled OpenAPI description can cause requests from the developer or CI host to attacker-selected or internal HTTP services, read absolute or out-of-tree local files, and inline untrusted remote schemas into generated clients. The affected code is packages/orval/src/import-specs.ts external reference loading. This issue is fixed in version 8.22.0. |
| FreeRDP is a free implementation of the Remote Desktop Protocol. Prior to 3.28.0, an authenticated RDP client can advertise DVI ADPCM with nBlockAlign equal to 8 and nChannels equal to 2 to make the `bs` calculation in rdpsnd_server_select_format in channels/rdpsnd/server/rdpsnd_main.c equal zero. The subsequent out_frames modulo `bs` operation raises SIGFPE and terminates the server-side rdpsnd channel process. This vulnerability fixed in 3.28.0. |
| A stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in the `POST /api/prompts/share` endpoint of parisneo/lollms (latest version). The endpoint stores attacker-controlled `prompt_content` into `DBDirectMessage.content` without server-side sanitization. When a victim opens the direct message (DM) thread, the message is rendered by the DM UI through `MessageContentRenderer`, which uses `v-html` to insert rendered HTML into the DOM. The frontend sanitizer, which is regex-based, fails to comprehensively sanitize attacker-controlled HTML, allowing malicious payloads to execute in the victim's browser context. This vulnerability enables any authenticated user to send a malicious prompt-share message to another user's inbox, leading to arbitrary JavaScript execution, authenticated actions as the victim, exposure of same-origin application data, and potential account takeover. |

Prior to 8.5.0, a user who can edit other users can reset a superadmin's two-factor authentication through app/Http/Controllers/Api/UsersController.php postTwoFactorReset(). The endpoint authorizes update access but does not enforce canEditAuthFields before clearing two_factor_secret and two_factor_enrolled. This issue is fixed in version 8.5.0. |
| Snipe-IT is an IT asset/license management system. Prior to 8.6.3, a company-scoped user in FMCS floater mode can access users whose company_id is null because broad API queries and bulk web actions do not consistently apply isCurrentUserHasAccess. The /api/v1/users and /api/v1/users/{id}/licenses endpoints can expose personal data and assigned licenses, /users/bulkeditsave can modify out-of-scope profiles, and /users/merge can soft-delete users and transfer assigned assets. This issue is fixed in version 8.6.3. |
