CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
mptcp: reclaim forward-allocated memory on RX path errors
After commit 9db5b3cec4ec ("mptcp: borrow forward memory from subflow"),
errors in the receive path prior to queueing skbs into the receive
queue do not trigger forward-allocated memory reclaiming.
Prevent forward memory from growing unboundedly in pathological drop
scenarios by explicitly reclaiming memory when skbs are dropped. |
| A reachable assertion vulnerability in the NUDM-UECM interface of Open5GS v2.7.6 allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via supplying a crafted DELETE request. |
| Cross Site Scripting vulnerability in Omeka S v.4.2.0 allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code via the site navigation custom URL function |
| An issue in the JsonSanitizer.sanitize() component of OWASP json-sanitizer v1.2.3 allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via a crafted input. |
| An OS command injection vulnerability in the killSessionSync function (lib/agent-runtime.ts) of 23blocks-OS ai-maestro v0.24.17 allows attackers to execute arbitrary commands via a crafted input. |
| file_picker (aka flutter_file_picker) for Flutter, all versions through 10.3.10, is vulnerable to path traversal (CWE-22) in its Android implementation. The openFileStream() method in FileUtils.kt uses the DISPLAY_NAME obtained from ContentResolver.query() directly in file path construction without sanitization. A malicious Android app with a crafted ContentProvider can return a filename containing ../ sequences, causing the plugin to create arbitrary files and directories outside the intended cache directory within the victim app's internal storage. Existing files are not overwritten due to an existence check. |
| xipblog module v2.0.1 and before for PrestaShop allows unauthenticated remote attackers to inject arbitrary JavaScript via the name and content parameters in ajax.php. The input is stored in the database without HTML sanitization and rendered in Smarty templates without output escaping, resulting in Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS). When an administrator reviews comments in the back office, the payload executes with admin-level session context, leading to full store compromise. |
| A command injection vulnerability in the 'advanced/curl' component of Osbil Technology oPanel v1.19.50 and earlier allows authenticated attackers to execute arbitrary shell commands via the 'url' parameter |
| The shared-files-pro WordPress plugin before 1.7.70 does not validate the file path supplied when creating a featured image, allowing unauthenticated attackers to read arbitrary files from the server and republish their contents at a public URL. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
power: supply: max17040: handle missing status supplier
MAX17040 does not report charger state itself, so the driver forwards
POWER_SUPPLY_PROP_STATUS to a supplier power supply. If no supplier is
registered, power_supply_get_property_from_supplier() returns -ENODEV and
leaves the output value untouched.
max17040_get_property() currently ignores that error and returns success,
so userspace can read an uninitialized status value from the battery power
supply. This happens on systems that use the fuel gauge without a charger
supplier relationship in firmware.
Return POWER_SUPPLY_STATUS_UNKNOWN when no supplier provides STATUS, and
propagate other supplier lookup errors. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
mm/percpu-km: fix bitmap overflow and accounting in pcpu_create_chunk()
In pcpu_create_chunk(), nr_pages is the total contiguous backing
allocation, i.e., nr_units * pcpu_unit_pages, but pcpu_chunk_populated()
uses it to set chunk->populated, whose size is pcpu_unit_pages, bitmap.
Since bit N in chunk->populated means page offset N inside every unit is
backed. When nr_units > 1, the function writes beyond chunk->populated.
Fix it by using chunk->nr_pages.
It also fixes the global pcpu_nr_empty_pop_pages accounting, since
pcpu_balance_free() only iterates up to chunk->nr_pages.
Commit a63d4ac4ab609 ("percpu: make percpu-km set chunk->populated bitmap
properly") introduced the bitmap overflow issue. Later, commit
b539b87fed37f ("percpu: implmeent pcpu_nr_empty_pop_pages and
chunk->nr_populated") added pcpu_nr_empty_pop_pages and caused the
accounting issue. |
| In Bouncy Castle for Java before 1.85, JSSE hostname verifier CN-fallback enabled by default despite documented opt-in. This issue also affects Bouncy Castle for Java LTS before 2.73.12, and Bouncy Castle for Java FIPS (BC-FJA) before bctls-fips 1.0.24 (1.0.X series), 2.0.24 (2.0.X series) and 2.1.24 (2.1.X series). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
perf/x86/amd/lbr: Fix kernel address leakage
A user-only branch stack can contain branches that originate from
the kernel. As a result, kernel addresses are exposed to user space
even when PERF_SAMPLE_BRANCH_USER is requested. On AMD processors
supporting X86_FEATURE_AMD_LBR_V2, perf can still report SYSRET/ERET
entries for which the branch-from addresses are in the kernel.
E.g.
$ perf record -e cycles -o - -j any,save_type,u -- \
perf bench syscall basic --loop 1000 | \
perf script -i - -F brstack|tr ' ' '\n'| \
grep -E '0x[89a-f][0-9a-f]{15}'
...
0xffffffff81001268/0x717a90a38f1a/M/-/-/0/ERET/NON_SPEC_CORRECT_PATH
0xffffffff81001268/0x717a90a39157/M/-/-/0/ERET/NON_SPEC_CORRECT_PATH
0xffffffff81001268/0x717a90a2c628/M/-/-/0/ERET/NON_SPEC_CORRECT_PATH
0xffffffff81001268/0x717a90a41b60/M/-/-/0/ERET/NON_SPEC_CORRECT_PATH
0xffffffff81001268/0x717a90a260db/M/-/-/0/ERET/NON_SPEC_CORRECT_PATH
0xffffffff81001268/0x717a90a260db/M/-/-/0/ERET/NON_SPEC_CORRECT_PATH
0xffffffff81001268/0x717a8bef1c30/M/-/-/0/ERET/NON_SPEC_CORRECT_PATH
0xffffffff81001268/0x717a8e4d3c90/M/-/-/0/ERET/NON_SPEC_CORRECT_PATH
...
The reason is that the hardware filter only considers the privilege
level applicable to the branch target. Extend software filtering to
also validate the branch-from addresses against br_sel, so that any
branch record whose branch-from address is in the kernel is dropped
when PERF_SAMPLE_BRANCH_USER is requested. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ACPI: processor_idle: Mark LPI enter functions as __cpuidle
When function tracing or Kprobes is enabled, entering an ACPI Low
Power Idle (LPI) state triggers the following RCU splat:
RCU not on for: acpi_idle_lpi_enter+0x4/0xd8
WARNING: CPU: 8 PID: 0 at include/linux/trace_recursion.h:162 function_trace_call+0x1e8/0x228
The acpi_idle_lpi_enter() function is invoked within the cpuidle
path after RCU has already been disabled for the current local CPU.
Consequently, ftrace's function_trace_call() expects RCU to be
actively watching before recording trace data, emitting a warning
if it is not.
Fix this by annotating acpi_idle_lpi_enter(), the generic __weak
stub, and the RISC-V implementation of acpi_processor_ffh_lpi_enter()
with __cpuidle. This moves these functions into the '.cpuidle.text'
section, implicitly disabling ftrace instrumentation (notrace) along
this sensitive path and preventing trace-induced RCU warnings during
idle entry. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
PCI: dwc: Avoid dwc_pcie_rasdes_debugfs_deinit() NULL dereference when no RAS DES capability
dwc_pcie_rasdes_debugfs_init() returns success when the controller has no
RAS DES capability, leaving pci->debugfs->rasdes_info unset. The common
debugfs teardown path still calls dwc_pcie_rasdes_debugfs_deinit(), which
dereferences rasdes_info unconditionally.
Return early when no RAS DES state was allocated. In that case no RAS DES
mutex was initialized, so there is nothing to destroy.

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
coresight: ete: Always save state on power down
System register ETMs and ETE are unlikely to be preserved on CPU power
down. The ETE DT binding also never documented
"arm,coresight-loses-context-with-cpu" so nobody would have legitimately
been able to use that binding to fix it and ACPI has no such binding at
all.
Fix it by hard coding the setting for sysreg ETMs (ETE is always sysreg)
or ACPI boots. Use a local variable when setting up save_state so that
it's immune to concurrent probing when devices have different
configurations which is an issue with modifying the global.
This fixes the following error when using Coresight with ACPI on the FVP
which supports CPU PM:
coresight ete0: External agent took claim tag
WARNING: drivers/hwtracing/coresight/coresight-core.c:248 at coresight_disclaim_device_unlocked+0xe0/0xe8, CPU#0: perf/117 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
mfd: cs42l43: Sanity check firmware size
Currently the code checks if a firmware was received, however it does
not verify that the firmware size is larger than the firmware header. As
the firmware pointer is dereferenced as a pointer to the header
structure this could lead to an out of bounds memory access. Add the
missing check. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
media: atomisp: gc2235: fix UAF and memory leak
gc2235_probe() handles its error paths incorrectly.
If media_entity_pads_init() fails, gc2235_remove() is called, which
tears down the subdev and frees dev, but then still falls through to
atomisp_register_i2c_module(). This results in use-after-free.
If atomisp_register_i2c_module() fails, the media entity and control
handler are left initialized and dev is leaked.
gc2235_remove() unconditionally calls media_entity_cleanup() and
v4l2_ctrl_handler_free(), but these are not initialized at every
error path in gc2235_probe().
Replace gc2235_remove() calls in the probe error paths with explicit
unwind labels that free only the resources initialized at each point
of failure, in reverse order of initialization. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
Drivers: hv: vmbus: use generic driver_override infrastructure
When a driver is probed through __driver_attach(), the bus' match()
callback is called without the device lock held, thus accessing the
driver_override field without a lock, which can cause a UAF.
Fix this by using the driver-core driver_override infrastructure taking
care of proper locking internally.
Note that calling match() from __driver_attach() without the device lock
held is intentional. [1] |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
driver core: use READ_ONCE() for dev->driver in dev_has_sync_state()
dev_has_sync_state() reads dev->driver twice without holding
device_lock() -- once for the NULL check and once to dereference
->sync_state. Some callers only hold device_links_write_lock, which
doesn't prevent a concurrent unbind from clearing dev->driver via
device_unbind_cleanup().
Fix it by reading dev->driver exactly once with READ_ONCE(), pairing
with the WRITE_ONCE() in device_set_driver(). |
