CVE-2026-103242 1 Redhat 2 Enterprise Linux, Hummingbird 2026-09-30 7.1 High
A heap-based buffer overflow flaw was found in rpm. RPMTAG_FILESIGNATURES in a crafted, unsigned RPM package's main header is declared with the wrong header type, causing hex2binv() to allocate a one-byte buffer and then write the tag's attacker-controlled, hex-decoded content — of attacker-chosen length — past the end of that allocation. This is reachable via rpm2cpio, rpm2archive, and rpm -qlvp on an untrusted package.
CVE-2026-62146 1 Redhat 1 Openshift 2026-09-30 7.8 High
A trust-boundary flaw in CRI-O's sandbox state persistence allows attacker-influenced pod metadata to overwrite CRI-O's own reserved sandbox bookkeeping; once reloaded as trusted after a restart, a later container recreate in that sandbox can expose a host-side runtime-management resource inside the container, enabling container escape.
CVE-2026-69358 1 Microsoft 21 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2 and 18 more 2026-09-30 7.1 High
Use of uninitialized resource in Remote Desktop Client allows an authorized attacker to execute code over a network.
CVE-2026-98071 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-30 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/rds: clear cp_flags bits individually in rds_conn_path_reset() rds_conn_path_reset() wipes the whole flag word with a plain cp->cp_flags = 0 store. Every other accessor of that word uses atomic bitops, and some of them can run concurrently with the reset: RDS_LL_SEND_FULL is set from rds_send_xmit() and cleared from the transport completion paths, neither of which holds anything that excludes the shutdown worker. A plain store racing an atomic read-modify-write on the same word is a data race, and whichever side loses has its update silently discarded. Clear the two bits the reset is actually responsible for instead. RDS_IN_XMIT and RDS_RECV_REFILL need no store at all here: they belong to the caller, rds_conn_shutdown(), which waits for both to be clear before calling the transport shutdown and this reset. This also gives every bit in cp_flags a single well-defined writer discipline, which the following patches rely on when they turn RDS_IN_XMIT and RDS_RECV_REFILL into bit locks held across the teardown: a blanket store mid-teardown would destroy lock ownership that an atomic clear preserves. Oracle UEK carries the same conversion ("net/rds: Preserve essential connection state flags"), motivated by its asynchronous shutdown state machine, whose progress and destroy flags must survive the reset. UEK's variant also clears RDS_IN_XMIT and RDS_RECV_REFILL because there the reset runs as the final step of a teardown that owns both bits, making those clears its unlock. Upstream that release belongs in rds_conn_shutdown(): once a later patch in this series turns the two bits into locks held across the teardown, ending ownership needs release semantics and a wake-up that a plain clear inside the reset would not provide. Based on Oracle UEK commit "net/rds: Preserve essential connection state flags" by Gerd Rausch.

CVE-2026-15574 2 Red Hat, Redhat 2 Red Hat Openshift Ai (rhoai), Openshift Ai 2026-09-30 7.5 High
A flaw was found in the vllm-orchestrator-gateway component. The system's production binary logs all incoming authorization headers and full chat payloads, which may contain personally identifiable information (PII) and secrets, to persistent logs. This sensitive data, including bearer tokens and chat content, can be accessed by any user with logging privileges. This vulnerability leads to information disclosure, potentially allowing an attacker to harvest credentials and sensitive conversation content.
CVE-2026-93996 1 Apache 1 Mina Sshd 2026-09-30 6.5 Medium
Uncontrolled resource consumption in component ssd-scp in Apache MINA SSHD versions up to 2.19.0 or 3.0.0-M1 to 3.0.0-M5. Apache MINA SSHD is a Java library for client-side and server-side SSH. Component sshd-scp of Apache MINA SSHD provides a Java implementation of SCP. The SCP command protocol is line-oriented with LF-terminated lines. The protocol handler in sshd-scp did not impose any limit on the length of such protocol lines. A malicious peer just sending a junk command containing a never-ending sequence of characters but never a LF would cause the receiver to allocate memory to store this whole junk command, exhausting memory and crashing the application with an OutOfMemoryError. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.20.0 or 3.0.0-M6, which fix this issue by enforcing an upper limit on the length of SCP protocol lines.
CVE-2026-93995 1 Apache 1 Mina Sshd 2026-09-30 6.5 Medium
Improper input validation in sshd-git in Apache MINA SSHD, versions up to 2.19.0 and 3.0.0-M1 to 3.0.0-M5. Apache MINA SSHD is a Java library for client-side and server-side SSH. Component org.apache.sshd:sshd-git provides though class GitPgmCommandFactory a way to configure an Apache MINA SSHD server such that authenticated SSH clients can remotely execute git commands via the JGit library on git repositories stored on the server. In CVE-2026-58624 this mechanism was restricted to only a few git commands, including "git archive" without "--output" or "-o" options such that the resulting archive would not be written on the server but instead sent back to the client over the SSH connection. The fix done for CVE-2026-58624 was insufficient as it missed removing the single-argument "-o=file.zip" version of the command parameter from the "archive" command. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.20.0 or 3.0.0-M6, which fix this issue.
CVE-2026-97165 1 Svenbluege.de 1 Event Gallery For Joomla 2026-09-30 N/A
Joomla Extension - svenbluege.de - Reflected XSS and open redirect in Event Gallery extension < 6.5.0 - The “return” parameter is base64-decoded and written to the “Back” link without being validated.
CVE-2026-94053 2026-09-30 9.1 Critical
Authentication bypass via LDAP injection in component sshd-ldap in Apache MINA SSHD versions 1.2.0 to 2.19.0 and 3.0.0-M1 to 3.0.0-M5. Apache MINA SSHD is a Java library for client-side and server-side SSH. The optional sshd-ldap component provides support for integrating password and publickey authentication on the server side with an LDAP server. sshd-ldap is an optional component. SSH servers implemented with Apache MINA SSHD are affected only if they use sshd-ldap and do configure it to be used for password of public key authentication. Other Apache MINA SSHD servers are not affected. Lack of escaping LDAP filter metacharacters enabled successful authentication with username "*" and password "*". Users are recommended to upgrade affected applications to version 2.20.0 or 3.0.0-M6, which fix this issue by properly escaping filter parameters according to RFC 4515.
CVE-2026-94052 1 Apache 1 Mina Sshd 2026-09-30 9.1 Critical
A missing check in LdapPasswordAuthenticator in component sshd-ldap in Apache MINA SSHD versions 1.2.0 to 2.19.0 or 3.0.0-M1 to 3.0.0-M5 bypassed authentication checks. Apache MINA SSHD is a Java library for client-side and server-side SSH. The optional sshd-ldap component provides support for integrating password and publickey authentication on the server side with an LDAP server. sshd-ldap is an optional component. SSH servers implemented with Apache MINA SSHD are affected only if they use sshd-ldap and do configure an LdapPasswordAuthenticator to be used for password authentication. Normal password authentication via the built-in mechanisms in sshd-core is _not_ affected by this vulnerability, which concerns only LdapPasswordAuthenticator. Users are recommended to upgrade affected applications to version 2.20.0 or 3.0.0-M6, which fix this issue.
CVE-2026-94029 1 Apache 1 Mina Sshd 2026-09-30 6.5 Medium
Server-side memory exhaustion in Apache MINA SSHD 1.0.0 to 2.19.0 and 3.0.0-M1 to 3.0.0-M5, component sshd-sftp, in the SFTP v6 check-file-name/check-file-handle extension. Apache MINA SSHD is a Java library for client-side and server-side SSH. Using a very small "block size" (for instance 256, which is the minimum) on a huge file generates many (file size / block size) hashes. The resulting SFTP reply message was accumulated fully in memory server-side, which could, with a suitably large (possibly sparse) file exhaust the server-side memory, taking down the server. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.20.0 or 3.0.0-M6, which fix this issue by imposing a maximum limit on the size of the reply. Many SFTP implementations have a general limit on the size of SFTP messages anyway; typically 256kB as in OpenSSH or also in Apache MINA SSHD.
CVE-2026-15442 1 Wolfssl 1 Wolfssl 2026-09-30 N/A
In all builds that make use of (D)TLS, including default builds, there is a series of conditional states during the TLS shutdown which could lead to a heap-use-after free. If an application ended up getting a partial wolfSSL_read() which is sometimes caused by a small user buffer passed in, then called wolfSSL_shutdown for a bidirectional close and attempted to wolfSSL_read() again while the peer continues trying to send data during the shutdown it would lead to a state where a potential heap-use-after free happened.
CVE-2026-100749 1 Svenbluege.de 1 Event Gallery For Joomla 2026-09-30 N/A
Joomla Extension - svenbluege.de - CSRF in backend cleanup actions in Event Gallery extension < 6.5.0 - Only orphaned file entries and shopping carts that are older than 30 days will be deleted.
