| CVE-2021-3489 | 3 Canonical, Linux, Redhat | 3 Ubuntu Linux, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux | 2024-11-21 | 7.8 High |
| The eBPF RINGBUF bpf_ringbuf_reserve() function in the Linux kernel did not check that the allocated size was smaller than the ringbuf size, allowing an attacker to perform out-of-bounds writes within the kernel and therefore, arbitrary code execution. This issue was fixed via commit 4b81ccebaeee ("bpf, ringbuf: Deny reserve of buffers larger than ringbuf") (v5.13-rc4) and backported to the stable kernels in v5.12.4, v5.11.21, and v5.10.37. It was introduced via 457f44363a88 ("bpf: Implement BPF ring buffer and verifier support for it") (v5.8-rc1). | ||||
| CVE-2021-3444 | 3 Canonical, Debian, Linux | 3 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Linux Kernel | 2024-11-21 | 7.8 High |
| The bpf verifier in the Linux kernel did not properly handle mod32 destination register truncation when the source register was known to be 0. A local attacker with the ability to load bpf programs could use this gain out-of-bounds reads in kernel memory leading to information disclosure (kernel memory), and possibly out-of-bounds writes that could potentially lead to code execution. This issue was addressed in the upstream kernel in commit 9b00f1b78809 ("bpf: Fix truncation handling for mod32 dst reg wrt zero") and in Linux stable kernels 5.11.2, 5.10.19, and 5.4.101. | ||||
| CVE-2021-3155 | 1 Canonical | 2 Snapd, Ubuntu Linux | 2024-11-21 | 3.8 Low |
| snapd 2.54.2 and earlier created ~/snap directories in user home directories without specifying owner-only permissions. This could allow a local attacker to read information that should have been private. Fixed in snapd versions 2.54.3+18.04, 2.54.3+20.04 and 2.54.3+21.10.1 | ||||

| CVE-2021-32547 | 1 Canonical | 1 Ubuntu Linux | 2024-11-21 | 7.3 High |
| It was discovered that read_file() in apport/hookutils.py would follow symbolic links or open FIFOs. When this function is used by the openjdk-lts package apport hooks, it could expose private data to other local users. | ||||
| CVE-2021-27364 | 6 Canonical, Debian, Linux and 3 more | 14 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Linux Kernel and 11 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.1 High |
| An issue was discovered in the Linux kernel through 5.11.3. drivers/scsi/scsi_transport_iscsi.c is adversely affected by the ability of an unprivileged user to craft Netlink messages. | ||||
| CVE-2020-9490 | 7 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 4 more | 28 Http Server, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 25 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.5 High |
| Apache HTTP Server versions 2.4.20 to 2.4.43. A specially crafted value for the 'Cache-Digest' header in a HTTP/2 request would result in a crash when the server actually tries to HTTP/2 PUSH a resource afterwards. Configuring the HTTP/2 feature via "H2Push off" will mitigate this vulnerability for unpatched servers. | ||||
| CVE-2020-9402 | 6 Canonical, Debian, Djangoproject and 3 more | 7 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Django and 4 more | 2024-11-21 | 8.8 High |
| Django 1.11 before 1.11.29, 2.2 before 2.2.11, and 3.0 before 3.0.4 allows SQL Injection if untrusted data is used as a tolerance parameter in GIS functions and aggregates on Oracle. By passing a suitably crafted tolerance to GIS functions and aggregates on Oracle, it was possible to break escaping and inject malicious SQL. | ||||
| CVE-2020-9383 | 6 Canonical, Debian, Linux and 3 more | 16 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Linux Kernel and 13 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.1 High |
| An issue was discovered in the Linux kernel 3.16 through 5.5.6. set_fdc in drivers/block/floppy.c leads to a wait_til_ready out-of-bounds read because the FDC index is not checked for errors before assigning it, aka CID-2e90ca68b0d2. | ||||
| CVE-2020-9327 | 6 Canonical, Netapp, Oracle and 3 more | 12 Ubuntu Linux, Cloud Backup, Communications Messaging Server and 9 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.5 High |

| CVE-2020-9308 | 3 Canonical, Fedoraproject, Libarchive | 3 Ubuntu Linux, Fedora, Libarchive | 2024-11-21 | 8.8 High |
| archive_read_support_format_rar5.c in libarchive before 3.4.2 attempts to unpack a RAR5 file with an invalid or corrupted header (such as a header size of zero), leading to a SIGSEGV or possibly unspecified other impact. | ||||
| CVE-2020-9274 | 4 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 1 more | 5 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Extra Packages For Enterprise Linux and 2 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.5 High |
| An issue was discovered in Pure-FTPd 1.0.49. An uninitialized pointer vulnerability has been detected in the diraliases linked list. When the *lookup_alias(const char alias) or print_aliases(void) function is called, they fail to correctly detect the end of the linked list and try to access a non-existent list member. This is related to init_aliases in diraliases.c. | ||||
